申请信
一、文体解读
申请信的种类繁多,包括职位申请信、报考申请信、留学申请信等。

写申请信应注意言简意赅,语气诚恳礼貌,避免夸张。

时态以一般现在时为主。

二、结构
求职申请信宜用三段来写作。

1.首段:点明写作意图--希望求职。

2.中间段:分条列举自身优势。

3.尾段:希望接纳并盼望回复。

三、常用句式
1.首段常用语
(1) I'm writing to apply for the position you advertised for in the newspaper.
我写信的目的是申请你们在报纸上登的职位。

(2) I’m glad to learn that you want a few volunteers in the summer holiday.我很高兴得知你们在暑假需要几名志愿者。

(3) I show much interest in the job you provided on the Interne我对你们在网上提供的职位很感兴趣。

2.中段常用语
(1)As far as I'm concerned, I’m qualified for the job
我个人认为我能胜任这份工作。

(2) As a student, I have much knowledge in many fields such as computer science, biology and so on.
作为一名学生,我掌握了像计算机科学,生物学等许多领域的大量知识。

(3) As an outgoing girl, I get along well with my classmates. Besides, I have such a good command of English that I am elected as assistant to my English teacher.
作为一个外向的女孩,我与同学相处
融洽。

除此之外,我对英语如此精通以至于我被选为英语课代表。

(4) All in all, I really want to obtain this precious opportunity because, by offering my service, I will be able to improve my organizational ability, communication skills as well as my confidence in speaking English in public.

3.尾段常用语
(1) I am sure that I can perfectly live up to your expectations. I would be grateful if you could give me a kind consideration.
