I tossed and turned all night, unable to find a comfortable position to sleep in. My mind was racing with thoughts and worries, keeping me awake until the early hours of the morning.
The silence of the night was deafening, amplifying every little sound and making it impossible for me to drift off into slumber. The ticking of the clock, the creaking of the floorboards, and the distant hum of traffic outside all seemed to conspire against my desperate need for rest.
