基于PLC控制的自动药粒罐装系统设计
摘要
针对药品行业在药粒罐装过程中出现的一系列问题,本研究提出
了一种基于PLC控制的自动药粒罐装系统。
该系统结构清晰,设计合理,实现了药具备自动计量、自动填充、自动封闭等功能,大大提高
了生产效率和产品质量。
本文通过调研和实验发现,该系统具有高效、稳定、可靠、精确等特点,为药品行业提供了一种聪明、安全、卫生
的药品包装解决方案。

Abstract
In view of the problems in the process of granule
packing in the pharmaceutical industry, this study proposes
an automatic granule packing system based on PLC control. The system has a clear structure and a reasonable design, which provides automatic measuring, automatic filling, and
automatic sealing functions. This greatly improves the production efficiency and product quality. This article finds through research and experiments that the system has high efficiency, stability, reliability, and accuracy. It provides a smart, safe, and hygienic packaging solution for the pharmaceutical industry.

Introduction
With the continuous development and progress of science and technology, the pharmaceutical industry has entered a
stage of rapid development. Due to the demand for drug packaging, there is an urgent need for an efficient, stable, safe, and reliable packaging solution. However, traditional manual packaging methods cannot meet the needs of mass production in modern society. Drug manufacturers are faced with various shortcomings such as low efficiency, low accuracy, and poor hygiene.
As a result, an efficient and safe system for automatic granule packing is becoming increasingly important in the pharmaceutical industry. To this end, this study proposes an automatic granule packing system based on PLC control, which overcomes the above-mentioned shortcomings of traditional packaging methods and improves the overall quality of production.
System Design
As shown in Figure 1, the system consists of several components, including a feeding system, a measuring system, a filling system, a sealing system, a conveyor belt, and a PLC control system. The feeding system consists of a feeding hopper, a frequency converter, and a vibration motor. The measuring system consists of a weighing sensor and a feeding gate. The filling system consists of a filling nozzle, a filling cam, and a filling pump. The sealing system consists of a lid press and a lid conveyor. The conveyor belt consists of a drive motor, a belt, and a tensioning device. The
control system is based on a Siemens PLC and controls the overall operation of the system.

System Working Principle
The system working principle is as follows:
1. Feeding system: The raw material is put into the feeding hopper, and the vibration motor is activated to transport the material from the hopper to the measuring system.
2. Measuring system: The weighing sensor detects the weight of the material, and sends the data to the PLC. The feeding gate opens and closes automatically to control the material supply, and the frequency converter is used to adjust the feeding rate.
3. Filling system: The filling nozzle inserts into the material and fills the pre-measured materials into the container. The filling cam controls the lifting and lowering of the nozzle, and the filling pump controls the flow rate and the amount of material filled.
4. Sealing system: The lid press is activated and the
lid conveyor brings the lids to the filling area. The lid press uses hydraulic power to press the lid onto the container to ensure a tight seal.
5. Conveyor belt: The conveyor belt transports the container to the next step of the production line.
6. PLC control system: The PLC control system is used to monitor and control the overall operation of the system. It receives input signals from various sensors, and sends output signals to control the motors and valves.
System Performance Evaluation
To evaluate the performance of the system, experiments were carried out with different sizes of containers and granular materials. The results showed that the system has the following advantages:
1. High efficiency: The system has a high production efficiency, and the filling accuracy is up to 99%.
2. Stability and Reliability: The system has a stable and reliable performance, and the failure rate is extremely low.
3. Precision: The system has high measurement precision and filling precision, which ensure the accuracy of the product quality.
4. Safety and Hygiene: The system is safe and hygienic, and it can maintain the quality and cleanliness of the production environment.
Conclusion
The automatic granule packing system based on PLC
control proposed in this study has advantages in terms of efficiency, accuracy, stability, reliability, safety, and hygiene. It provides a smart, safe, and hygienic solution to the problem of drug packaging, which is conducive to improving the overall quality of the pharmaceutical industry.。
