Vision(观点): The line organization provides resources with a high level of functioning capability and adequate time to complete safety, health and environmental work in a timely and effective manner consistent with the high priority that SHE work has been given.

• Responsible Care planning is linked to the business planning cycle. Plans are evergreen and owned by business/site leadership. Audits (1st & 2nd party), PHA’s, open follow-up items, etc. are prioritized, planned and resourced tasks.
