语法知识
1.连词and,but,和or and,but和or都是并列连词,它们在句子中不独 立担任句子成分,而只起连接词与词、短语与短 语以及句与句的作用。
1) and用来连接两个语法上相同的词、短语或句 子,表示并列或附加关系。如: (a)English and Chinese are different languages.。 (b)I help him and he helps me。 注:在连接人称代词时,通常按第二、第三、第 一人称的顺序。如: Tom and I are good friends.
(b)He has three sons but no daughters.他有三 个儿子,但没有女儿。
3) or意思是“或者”,“还是”,表示一种选 择关系。如: (a) You can go there by bus or on foot
(b)You may stay or go.
注:or如果连接两个主语时,谓语动词的单复 数形式与or后面的主语保持一致,即按照“就近 原则”处理。如:
