剖腹产瘢痕部位妊娠的临床超声诊断价值初探

【摘要】Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cesarean scar pregnancy.Methods:Select 60 patients underwent cesarean scar pregnancy during this two years in our hos-pital as the study object ,make diagnosis for all the patients with ultrasonography,and compare the diagnos-tic results and postoperative pathological diagnosis result.Results:According to the ultrasound diagnosis re-sults,the detection rate of cesarean scar pregnancy was 91.7%,to compare the results of ultrasonic diagnosis and postoperative pathological diagnosis results,it was found not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclu-sion:The detection rate and accuracy rate would be much high if diagnosing cesarean scar pregnancy with ul-trasonography ,it can provide accurate reference for clinical diagnosis.%目的：：探讨剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠
的临床超声诊断价值。
方法：将近两年某院收治的60例剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠患者作为对象进行研究，患者均接受超声诊断，并将诊断结果与术后病理诊断结果比较。
结果：超声诊断结果显示剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠检出率为91.7%，超声诊断结果与
术后病理诊断结果比较无统计学意义(P >0.05)。
结论：采用超声诊断剖腹产瘢痕
部位妊娠检出率及诊断准确率均比较高，能够为临床诊断提供准确参考。
