乌鸦和乞丐作文英语
The Crow and the Beggar。
Once upon a time, in a bustling city, there lived a crow. The crow was sleek and black, with sharp eyes and a sharp beak. He was a clever bird who knew how to survive in the city. He would fly around the city, looking for scraps
of food to eat. He was always on the lookout for the next meal.
One day, as the crow was flying over the city, he saw a beggar sitting on the street corner. The beggar was a
pitiful sight. He was thin and ragged, with a dirty beard and torn clothes. He held out a cup, hoping for some spare change from the passersby.
The crow flew down to the beggar and perched on his shoulder. The beggar was surprised to see the crow so close, but he didn't shoo him away. The crow looked at the beggar with his sharp eyes and said, "I see that you are in need
of some help. Perhaps I can be of assistance."
The beggar was taken aback. He had never heard a bird speak before. But he listened as the crow continued, "I
have a proposal for you. I will bring you food every day, and in return, you will give me a small portion of what you receive from the people who pass by."
The beggar thought about the proposal for a moment. He was desperate for food, and the crow seemed trustworthy enough. So he agreed to the deal.
From that day on, the crow would fly around the city, looking for scraps of food to bring to the beggar. And
every day, the beggar would give the crow a small portion
of the money he received from the people who passed by.
As time went on, the crow and the beggar became good friends. They would sit together and talk about their lives. The crow would tell the beggar about the things he saw
while flying around the city, and the beggar would tell the crow about his experiences living on the streets.
One day, the beggar received a large sum of money from
a kind passerby. He was overjoyed and decided to share the wealth with his friend, the crow. He gave the crow a large portion of the money, enough to last him for a long time.
The crow was grateful for the gift, but he knew that he couldn't keep it all for himself. So he flew around the city, looking for other beggars who were in need of help.
He gave them some of the money, knowing that it would make
a difference in their lives.
In the end, the crow and the beggar had helped each other in many ways. The crow had provided the beggar with food, and the beggar had given the crow a sense of purpose. Together, they had made a difference in the lives of others, and they had become true friends.
In conclusion, the story of the crow and the beggar teaches us the importance of helping others, no matter how small the gesture may be. It also shows us that true friendship can be found in the most unlikely of places.。
