全面版保安服务协议英文版Comprehensive Security Service Agreement
This document serves as a legally binding agreement between the Client and the Security Company for the provision of comprehensive security services.
1. Scope of Services: The Security Company agrees to provide security services to the Client's premises, including but not limited to surveillance, access control, and incident response.
2. Duration of Agreement: This agreement shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in effect for a period of [X] months, unless terminated earlier by either party.
3. Service Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Security Company a monthly fee for the services provided. The fees shall be paid in a timely manner as per the agreed terms.

6. Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of this agreement confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice to the other party. In case of termination, any outstanding fees shall be paid by the Client to the Security Company.
