〔 摘 要〕 目的:研究血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶( neuron - specific enolaseꎬNSE) 在表现为精神障碍的尿毒症脑病诊断
中的意义ꎮ 方法:选取 2016 年 01 月 ~ 2019 年 01 月来我院住院的患者ꎬ根据入组标准分为尿毒症脑病组、尿毒症组、功能性
精神病组ꎬ每组各 40 例ꎬ均抽取外周静脉血送我院生化室行血清 NSE 检测ꎬ并用阴性和阳性症状量表( PANSS) 对尿毒症脑
评分呈显著正相关ꎮ 结论:尿毒症脑病患者神经元特异烯醇化酶 NSE 明显升高ꎬ其升高的水平与患者精神异常的严重程度
评分 PANSS 评分呈显著正相关ꎬ或可作为尿毒症脑病早期诊断、鉴别诊断及判断脑病的严重程度的特异性因子ꎮ
