W:En ,can you give a self-introduction?
Well, I am always energetic. That's my strongest personality.And I'm diligent and industrious. On the other hand, sometimes I'm too hard-working and I put myself under too much pressure to make things perfect.
W:you know ,you must work 8 hours on weeks. this work is mainly writing instruments for the manager.
W:.why do you choose this job?
I'd like to find a job which is more challenging ,and this is my dream job.
W:You know , we can give you the salary is about 2000 yuan, and what’s your salary expectation?
I expect to be paid according to my abilities.To me, the most important things are the job and the people I will work with. Moreover, I am sure I will get a raise quickly depending on my experience.
W: ok, if you do well in this work ,we may add salary.
W:do you prefer working independently or in a team?
Actually I prefer working in a team.Sometimes my co-workers can
bring me more inspirations

Of course I’m able to work under great pressure. Working under pressure is exciting and challenging.
