【摘要】目的：对窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风的临床疗效进行
分析。

方法：随机选择2013年1月～2013年12月本院收治的白癜风患者70例，随机分为两组，对照组35例只给予他克莫司软膏外涂患处进行治疗，试验组35
例在对照组治疗基础上再联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗，并对两组患者的临床疗效作回顾性分析与比较。

结果：窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗的试验组患者临床总有效率为100.00%，明显优于单独应用他克莫司软膏治疗的对照组总有效率85.71%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论：窄谱中波紫外线联
合他克莫司软膏治疗白癜风，临床治疗效果显著，无明显不良反应，值得在各医院推广应用。

%Objective:To analyze clinical curative effect of narrow spectrum uvb rays in combination with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods:Randomly selecting 70 patients with vitiligo from January, 2013 to December, 2013 in the hospital, and randomly divideing them into two groups. 35 cases in the control group was given tacrolimus ointment for the treatment, 35 cases in the experimental group were added with narrow spectrum uvb rays treatment. And clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed and compared. Results:Through narrow spectrum of uvb rays with tacrolimus ointment therapy, total effective rate of experimental group patients was
100.00%, which was significantly better than 85.71% of the control group, which had the only application of tacrolimus ointment for the treatment of the control group total. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Narrow spectrum uvb rays in combination with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of vitiligo has significant clinical treatment effect, with no obvious adverse reactions. So it is worthy of popularization and application in the hospital.
