When it comes to Western cuisine, there are so many delicious dishes to choose from. One of my personal favorites is steak. I love a good medium rare steak with a side of mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. The tenderness and juiciness of the meat combined with the creaminess of the potatoes and the crispiness of the vegetables is just heavenly.
Another dish that I absolutely adore is spaghetti carbonara. The combination of eggs, bacon, and cheese in a creamy sauce is simply irresistible. I also love how easy it is to make at home, so it's a great go-to dish when I'm craving something comforting.
For dessert, I can never resist a classic crème
brûlée. The creamy custard topped with a crunchy layer of caramelized sugar is the perfect way to end a meal. It's a
simple yet elegant dessert that never fails to impress.
