【摘要】Objective To explore clinical effect of the universal volar double column locking compression plate in the treatment of the C type of distal radius fracture.Methods Collected from January 2012 to December 2014 Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital with AO type C type of fresh closed fracture of the distal radius fractures in 21 patients, 8 cases were male, 13 female patients, they were treated with volar approach universal palm double side column locking compression plate in open reduction and internal fixation, postoperative 1 month, 3 months, 12 months, X-ray or CT scan and three-di-mensional reconstruction check were performed to observe fracture healing and recorded at the time of the last follow-up wrist function score.Results All patients were operated successfully, 3 to 12 months of follow-up for postoperative delayed bone healing occurred in 1 cases, X-ray showed fracture healing time was 3 to 4 months.All patients were followed up for the last X-ray showed articular surface roughness are <2 mm, palm dip average (14.63 ±3.65) degrees, ulnar deviation average (20.68 ±2.97) degrees, the radial styloid process average height was (11.53 ±2.82) mm;function ev aluation:excellent in 10 cases (47.6%), good in 6
cases (28.6%),moderate in 5 cases (23.8%);the traumatic arthritis of the wrist in 2 cases, superficial infection in 1 case.Conclusion Universal palm side double column locking compression plate for the treatment of type C distal radius fractures, with relatively simple operation, anatomical reduction rate is high, fewer complications, opera-tion without the need
for bone graft, postoperative functional recovery well.%目的：探讨万向掌侧双柱锁定加压接骨板治疗C型桡骨远端骨折的临床应用效果。

方法收集2012年1月—2014年12月贵州医科大学附属医院收治的符合AO分型C型的闭合新鲜桡骨远端骨折患者21例，男8例，女13例，均采用掌侧入路万向掌侧双柱锁定加
压接骨板切开复位内固定治疗，术后1个月、3个月、12个月行X线片或CT扫
描＋三维重建检查，观察骨折愈合情况，记录末次随访时腕关节功能评分。

结果所有患者均手术成功，术后获3～12个月随访，发生骨延迟愈合1例，X线片示骨
折愈合时间为3～4个月。

所有患者末次随访时X线片示关节面平整度均＜2 mm，掌倾角平均为（14抖．63±3．65）°，尺偏角平均为（20．68±2．97）°，桡骨茎突高度平均为（11．53±2．82）mm；功能评价：优10例（47．6％），良6例（28．6％），可5例（23．8％）；其中发生创伤性腕关节炎2例，浅表感染
1例。

结论万向掌侧双柱锁定加压接骨板治疗C型桡骨远端骨折，具有操作相对
简单、解剖复位率高、并发症少、术中无需植骨、术后功能恢复好的优点。
