上课玩手机大学英语作文

As a university student, I have to admit that I sometimes play with my phone during class. It's not something I'm proud of, but I think it's important to be honest about it. There are a few reasons why I find myself reaching for my phone during lectures.
First of all, I often feel overwhelmed by the amount of information being thrown at me during class. It's easy to get distracted and lose focus, and sometimes checking my phone feels like a way to take a mental break. For example, during a particularly long and dry lecture, I might find myself scrolling through social media just to give my brain a rest.
Secondly, there are times when I feel like I can multitask effectively. I might be listening to the professor while also sending a quick text or checking my
email. I know it's not the best way to absorb information, but in the moment it can feel like I'm being productive.
Of course, I also have to acknowledge that there are times when I play with my phone simply out of habit. It's become such a reflex to reach for my phone whenever there's a lull in the lecture that I sometimes do it without even thinking.

并不是我引以为豪的事情，但我认为诚实面对自己的行为很重要。

我发现自己在课堂上玩手机的原因有几个。

首先，我经常会因为课堂上涌入的大量信息而感到不知所措。

很容易分心和失去专注，有时候看手机感觉就像是给大脑休息的一
种方式。

举个例子，当一堂特别冗长乏味的课进行时，我可能会发
现自己在社交媒体上滑动，只是为了让大脑休息一下。

其次，有时我觉得自己能够有效地进行多任务处理。

我可能在
听讲师讲课的同时，也在发一条快速的短信或者查看我的电子邮件。

我知道这不是吸收信息的最佳方式，但在当时当刻，这样做可能会让我觉得自己很有效率。

当然，我也必须承认，有时我玩手机纯粹是出于习惯。

每当课堂上出现空隙时，我都会本能地去拿手机，有时甚至是下意识地这样做。
