鉴于甲方因业务发展需要，拟聘用乙方在[具体岗位]工作，经双方友好协商，达成如下协议：

七、合同的解除和终止
7. Termination and Termination of the Contract
双方按照法律法规和合同约定的情形解除或终止合同。

Both parties shall terminate or terminate the contract in accordance with the circumstances stipulated laws, regulations and the contract.
八、违约责任
8. Liability for Breach of Contract
任何一方违反本合同约定，应承担相应的违约责任。

九、争议解决
9. Dispute Resolution
如双方发生争议，应友好协商解决；协商不成的，可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

In case of disputes between the two parties, they shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fls, a lawsuit may be filed with the people's court with jurisdiction.
十、其他条款
10. Other Clauses
本合同未尽事宜，可由双方协商补充。

Matters not covered in this contract can be supplemented negotiation between the two parties.
