Procedures
Step 1 Revision
A. Revise the background information about Daniel
1. Who wrote the letter
Wu Bing.
2. Who did he write the letter to
Sir or Madam
3. What do you think of Daniel
Helpful, kind, clever
4. Why do we say he is clever, helpful, thoughtful and kind
(1). He spends a lot of time at the Helping Hands Club.
(2) He does a lot of computer work for the club and often helps other members. Unselfish, polite

Step 2 Presentation/ Reading

Step 5 Writing
1. Ss start to write about their own invitation letter, trying to use the sample letter as a guide.
2. Get individuals to give their answers and check with the whole class. Exchange their letters for checking mistakes.
3. Ss present their letters in front of the class.
