动态与常规心电图对心血管源性晕厥的诊断价值

【摘要】目的：探讨在对心血管源性晕厥患者进行诊断时动态和常规心电图的应
用价值。
方法选取2013年5月～2015年12月于我院治疗的心血管源性晕厥患
者140例，将其分为两组。
A组采用常规心电图诊断；B组采用动态心电图诊断。
结果 A组晕厥病因检出率为32.86%（23/70），B组检出率为37.14%
（26/70），两组检出率没有明显差异（P＞0.05）。
结论常规和动态心电图诊断
方法均有不同的优势，但动态心电图诊断的优势更加明显。
%Objective To investigate the cardiovascular source sex dynamic and conventional ECG during the diagnosis to patients with syncope of application
value.Methods Selected 140 cases of patients with syncope from May 2013 to December 2015 in our hospital, which were divided into two groups. group A with normal ecg diagnosis, group B with dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis.ResultsGroup A with syncope etiology detection rate was 32.86% (23/70), group B detection rate was 37.14%
(26/70), two groups of detection rate was no signiifcant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion The regular and dynamic electrocardiogram diagnosis method has the advantages of different but the advantage of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of more obvious.
