第一章总则
第一条为规范演艺场地的管理,保障演艺活动的正常进行,维护场地秩序和观众的安全,制定本制度。
第二条本制度适用于所有演艺场地的管理,涉及演艺活动的场地均须遵守本制度。

第二章演艺场地的基本要求

第六章演艺场地的违规处理
第二十五条演艺场地的违规行为包括但不限于以下情况:

(五)其他违反国家法律法规和规章制度的行为。

(二)限制或停止使用场地;
(三)责令整改;
(四)申请行政处罚;
(五)向公安机关报案。
第七章附则
第二十七条对于本制度未尽事宜,可参照相关法律法规和规章制度进行处理。
第二十八条本制度自颁布之日起施行。

Chapter II Basic Requirements of Performing Arts Venues
Article 7 Performing arts venues should have formal procedures and relevant certificates for use, including venue use permits, venue hygiene licenses, etc.
Article 8 Performing arts venues should provide corresponding facilities and services according to the needs of different performing activities, such as sound equipment, lighting, stage, etc.
Article 9 Performing arts venues should regularly check and maintain fire protection and safety facilities to ensure their normal operation.
Article 10 Performing arts venues should establish appropriate monitoring measures to monitor and record the venues, promptly discover problems, and take corresponding measures.

Article 18 Users of performing arts venues should conduct activities in accordance with the prescribed time and the requirements of the venue use permit and ensure the safety and order of the activities.
Article 19 Users of performing arts venues should arrange the stage and equipment debugging according to the requirements of the venue to ensure the normal operation of the facilities and the
safety of the audience.
Article 20 Users of performing arts venues should comply with the management regulations and relevant requirements of the venue administrator and cooperate with the venue administrator in safety management work.
Article 21 Users of performing arts venues should provide safety tips and guidance to the audience to ensure their safety.
Chapter V Safety Emergency Measures for Performing Arts Venues
Article 22 Performing arts venues should establish safety emergency plans, clarify emergency measures and division of responsibilities for various emergencies.
Article 23 Performing arts venues should be equipped with corresponding safety equipment and first aid medicines and regularly inspect and maintain them to ensure their normal use.
Article 24 Performing arts venues conduct regular safety drills to improve their emergency response capabilities and the safety awareness of personnel.
Chapter VI Violation Handling of Performing Arts Venues
Article 25 Violations of performing arts venues include but are not limited to the following situations:
(1) Unauthorized use of venues for performing activities;
(2) Destruction or theft of venue facilities;
(3) Violation of the management regulations of venue administrators;
(4) Disturbing other performing activities;
(5) Other behaviors that violate national laws, regulations, and rules.
Article 26 For violations of performing arts venues, venue administrators have the right to take one or more of the following measures:
(1) Oral warning;
(2) Restrict or suspend the use of the venue;
(3) Order rectification;
(4) Apply for administrative penalties;
(5) Report to the public security organ.
Chapter VII Supplementary Provisions
Article 27 For matters not covered in this regulation, reference can be made to relevant laws, regulations, and rules for handling. Article 28 This regulation shall be implemented from the date of promulgation.。
