下面为大家介绍一下林肯公园中的成员麦克•信田（说唱、和声、兼管吉他、键盘、采样、钢琴）毕业于帕萨迪纳艺术学院，主修设计。
毕业后并未继承父业成为一名画家而是一心做乐团。

2001年，林肯公园被邀请与众多艺人参加Ozzfest巡演。之后，乐队也组织了自己的定期巡演——工程革命 （Project Revolution）。6月，参加“Rock Am Ring”2001摇滚音乐节。同年年底，华纳兄弟推出《混合理 论》的双张全球庆功版，其中添加了乐队的演出现场录音，以及两首歌曲《My December》和《High Voltage》 。

In 2009 West 8‟s winning design for Lincoln Park was unanimously chosen by the Miami Beach Commission. The park is part of the New World Symphony Campus of architect Frank Gehry, which includes a concert hall and a conservatory. The Lincoln Park site is a small – slightly larger than 1 hectare in size – urban site located at Washington Avenue and 17th Street in South Florida that strives to establish a new precedent for parks in the City of Miami Beach.While an urban park this size might often receive a design that has more hard surface than soft, Lincoln Park‟s site-specific conditions, context and program elicited a unique response in a green park, not a plaza, that feels intimate, shady, and soft; a park that will support the world-class attraction of the New World Symphony Building. They have already had 6 albums, Hybrid Theory, Reanimation, Meteora, Collision Course, Under Attack and Minutes To Midnight.
They have won numerous awards. For example, Linkin Park & Jay-Z won a Grammy for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for 'Numb/Encore' at the 48th Annual Grammy Awards. Linkin Park scored three Grammy in 2002--best new artist, best rock album (“Hybrid Theory”) and best hard rock performance (“Crawling”).
Before setting up Linkin Park, they were separately in different bands, Font Minor, Relative Degree, The Pricks, SuperXero and so on. In the band, two of them are half-Asian. DJ Joseph is a half-Korean and Rapper Mike is a half-Japanese. It makes them win the hearts of more Asians. The rapper Michael Kenji Shinoda was born in Agoura, California. He met the guitarist Brad Delson in 9th grade and started to write songs in his bedroom. Brad and the drummer Rob Bourdon used to play for numerous bands in high school. This started Mike on the way to become a singer. Mike met the DJ Joseph Hahn in an art school. Joe had been DJing for 5 years. Brad met the bassist Phoenix Farrell in college and the vocalist Chester Bennington was the last to join.

"The biggest misconception about us is that we're just a rock band," describes Linkin Park's guitarist Brad Delson. "We think our music is a cross-section of many genres. A hybrid of what the six of us has grown up on." Linkin Park's sound, a melting pot of heavy alternative rock, hip-hop, and electronic flourishes, is utterly their own. The style of their music is summarized as Alternative Metal（另类金属） Post-Grunge （后车库）Nu metal(new metal 新金属). Their music is not relatively fixed in one school.

Talking about the name of the band, Bennington was the first to suggest the use of Lincoln Park. He thought that since there are Lincoln Parks all over the country, the band would be recognized as a local band no matter where they went. He also liked the name because it had no meaning, allowing the music to describe itself. The group bore the name Lincoln Park for a few months. Knowing the power of the Internet they decided to register a domain name. But they found that "" was already taken. Because the band couldn't afford to purchase it, they simply changed the spelling from "Lincoln" to "Linkin" and purchased the domain name "".

The combination of Bennington’s rich, mammoth vocal style with Shinoda’s rapid-fire emceeing helps to define Linkin Park’s sound. "I think one of Chester and Mike’s goals is to be as integrated as possible,” offers Phoenix. “Although the styles we‘re mixing can be very different, we want the combination to feel natural--that is a big part of our band’s identity.” Unlike many some other rock singers, LP reflect the contemporary E time young’s aspirations in their lyrics, analyze why they feel at a loss, depressed or angry, and pull out their lowest level call. But in this "bad language serial " age, their lyrics are actually clean without blaspheming or snapping others. And it is really rare.
