以笔者所在学校为例,本院共有在岗并从事高校英语课程教学的老师56人,每工作5年有1次进修经受(包括攻读学位、访学、留学,进修时间不少于1年)的老师不到10%。
35岁以下的老师除攻读学位而外,有外出进修经受的人次为1人。
教龄达20年以上的高校英语老师16人,近10年内进修过的比例为43.7%;教龄在10年至15年的老师(攻读学位除外)13人中仅2人有进修经受,笔者本人工作14年多次申请进修未果。
