Well, I would like to describe my 18th birthday. You see, because of different culture background in China, not all the birthdays are celebrated. The birthdays which are celebrated big are “when the child is 30 days” in Chinese we call it Manyue (meaning full month), then it is the 100day celebration known as 100Tian, and then is the first birthday, 10th birthday, 15th birthday, 18th birthday and so on. Anyway, I remember on my 18th birthday, which was the birthday I celebrate 3 years ago, my parents arranged a banquet and invited most of the relatives and friends; it’s a big party and more than 100 guests arrived.
In the morning my parents gave me my presents, a laptop and a new mobile phone, later I got busy with them until it was time to cut the cake. At the restaurant, we had a wonderful banquet and I received lot of Hongbaos, you see, on big celebration in China people usually put some money inside of a red colour envelop and give it to the person celebrating his birthday or wedding, it’s considered to fortune in the future.
After the party we all went back and that’s how I celebrated my 18th birthday. (For summarising重要)

He jumped into the Miluo River. His followers rushed to the river to save him. Unfortunately they could not save him, so they started to find his body but even his body was not where to be found, so they threw rice in the river to keep the fish away from devouring(吞食) his body.
Later it became a tradition to eat rice dumplings and hold dragon boat race to commemorate(纪念) this great leader and poet; this tradition found his way to 21st century.
