读《班主任兵法2》有感现学现卖“读书的三个境界”《归去来兮辞》已拉下帷幕,《滕王阁序》也开始学习了两个课时,这两篇文章是具有诗味的古体散文,语句优美读起来朗朗上口,所以很多同学早就把这两课要求背诵的内容背的滚瓜烂熟,但有的同学竟然到目前还不会背诵前一课。
这一幕不由的让我想到中午刚看过的《班主任兵法2》中“背书的境界”,我灵机一动,何不仿用万老师的一套,借背书来教育一下学生,于是在邵林结结巴巴的的背书声中,我在黑板上写了“庸”,“术”,“道”三个大字,等到邵同学艰难地完成背书任务后大家都把注意力转移到黑板上的三个大字上。
我面含微笑地走到我班背书最快的车苗苗身边,轻轻拍拍她的肩膀说“苗苗每次都是你在最短的时间完成背书内容,你能给大家介绍下你背书的技巧吗?“车同学不好意思地说“其实,我什么技巧也没有,就是不管三七二十一地读,快速大声地读,然后就会背了,每次都是在背诵中才理解文中的含义“。
她在掌声中坐下后,我又示意让李明亮站起介绍他背书的方法,因为每次他不仅背的快记得也牢,初中要求背的文章他至今还能一字不落的背出。
李同学缓缓站起来说”我背书时先读一遍,理解课文的大致内容后再读,边读边理解,理解透了文章也就烂记于心了.”我肯定了他们的做法。
一个是语感强的人,一个是理解透的人,难怪背的快。
我乘机说,其实背书和做任何事情都存在三个境界,我手指着黑板上的“庸”这是第一阶段。
比如说我们背书,有些同学也背了,可是一篇文章背了几天甚至一个星期才背出来。
我们身边不乏有这样的同学,上课也听讲,老师布置的作业也做,但成绩老是一般。
这个世界上有许多人,做事也勤勤恳恳,但效果一般,庸庸碌碌过完了一生。
最终也没去思考过为什么自己一直活在碌碌无为中,这个境界,就是“庸”可是,也有做事做的好的人。
我们身边也不乏有这样的同学,学习好象也不太用功,但效率很高,成绩特好,他们便处于第二个境界了。
我看过一篇文章叫《卖油翁》,讲的是一个人射箭很准,并以此为豪,旁边卖油老翁却不以为然,哪个人就很生气,老翁就表演他的拿手绝技,他把油通过一个铜钱的小孔倒进一个大瓶里,瓶子满了但铜钱却不沾一点油。

Unit 6 In a Nature Park教案第一课时一、教学重点本课时需要重点掌握有关自然景物的单词:flower, grass, river, lake, forest, mountain, sky, cloud, path能够熟练运用There be句型说出某处有某物。
二、教学难点熟练运用There be句型表达存在句式。
本课时的生词较多,教师应充分利用视频材料及图片让学生大量的练习,以便较好掌握。
三、课前准备教师准备教学过程中所需的图片、声音、课件,以及本课时的单词卡学生准备好画纸和画笔教师准备录音机及录音带四、教学过程1.Warm—up (热身)⑴唱一唱教师播放C部分的Let’s sing的录音,让学生听几遍后逐渐跟唱。
教师在播放录音时可出示一些熊猫的图片或一些有关熊猫的视频资料,让学生有感性的认识,从而也提高学生学习的兴趣。

人机关系中所指的“机”除了人们通常所说的机器外,还包括各种各样的工具,仪器、设备、设施、家具、交通工具及劳动保护用具等;当人处于某一环境时,这时的人机关系就表现为人与环境的相互关系。
案例分析1:人乘电梯到某一层楼时存在很多方面的人机关系:人与电梯门、门的自动控制、控制开关、运行速度、电梯厢体内的照明、排气、通信、消防、厢体高度、宽度、限载人数等的人机关系。
案例分析2:分析人坐凳子上的时候,人的一些部位与椅子构成那些人机关系。

我没有被英语抛弃
在21世纪里,英语尤为重要。
他在我们的生活中是不可缺少的。
如;电脑上的E-mail 是用英语学的,如果你不懂英语,而你又是一家公司的老板,那你只有亏本,没有收入,为什么一家公司只有亏本没有收入呢?哦!原来老板得要请一名翻译员来为他解说,而要请一名翻译员又要花很多的money!
其实学英语就像做手艺活,你要边学边去欣赏。
先要打好基础,当你发现学起来轻车熟路时,自然就会有兴趣了。
当然,学习英语是一件很苦的事情,有个老翻译告诉我,学英语就像啃“核桃”,你要花功夫才能吃到“核桃仁”,当然这也是很有味道的。
哎!!!早知如此,何必当初,为什么以前老师要那么辛苦的教我们学习英语,熟读英标呢?原来老师是让我们在以后的人生路上铺上一条平坦的道路,方便我们走了一步,再走一步。
不会在曲曲折折的道路上花费我们宝贵的时间去挑战。
虽然,在平坦的道路上我们也会遇到一些困难,但不会阻止我们去寻找我们美好的梦想!
然而,我对英语却没有一点激情感,只会对他产生厌恶感。
虽然以前我很想很想把英语搞好,但最终我还是放弃了英语这一门学科,我被英语彻底打败了。
因此我彻彻底底被英语抛弃了,只好另谋生路,但是每一条路都非常艰难,因为每一条路都有你英语的存在。
咦!原来英语还没有完全抛弃我。
他正在向我挥手、微笑。
我也向他笑了笑,我一定要在剩余的时光里把英语学好!让他不再对我失望。
