英语教师读书心得体会 1面对难教难管的学生，我们教师往往是抱怨，发牢骚，比如有的学生上课时做一些无关的事情。

我们往往容易对这群学生失去信心，产生厌恶情绪。

可以说，当前职业学校的师生关系比较紧张，教师不爱学生，学生也不太尊敬教师。

我认为，良好的师生关系是提高课堂教学效率的一个重要保证。

那么如何改善师生关系，从而促进职业学校教学朝着健康积极的方向发展呢？我觉得应做好以下四个方面：1、民主地对待学生在教学活动中，教师要改变居高临下的态度，真诚地与学生交流；让学生有更多的时间自主学习、讨论，最大限度地发挥学生的创造性思维。

实践证明，教师尊重学生的民主权利，彼此尊重、信任、相互促进，才能建立起民主、平等、和谐的师生关系。

2、全面关爱学生著名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说：“教师技巧的全部奥秘，就在于如何爱学生。

”教师都喜爱成绩好的学生，而爱表现不佳的学生却是不容易的。

对于表现不佳的学生，教师不能只是一味地指责、批评，而应该给予他们更多的爱和关心。

虽然这种爱有时毫不起眼，但它有助于师生间理解桥梁的建立和良好师生关系的形成。

3、改革教学模式传统的教学模式是教师唱主角、少数学生当配角和一问一答式为主要课堂教学形式。

大多数学生是被动的听课，“死读书，读死书”。

新课改要求教师给学生提供平等的学习机会。

学生是学习的主人。

在教学过程中，学生始终是学习的主体，教学的一切活动都必须围绕学生来进行。

4、丰富教学内容目前很多教师在教学方式改革方面下了很大的功夫，也取得了很好的效果。

但我认为要想真正激课堂教学，单纯在方式上下功夫是不够的，必须在教学的内容方面有所作为。

总的说来，教师和学生既是师生关系，又应该是朋友关系，否则，师生之间难以作到真诚相待。

章兼中教授长期从事外语教育和中小学外语教材编写和教学实验工作，历任华东师范大学外语系外语教学法研究室主任、国家中小学英语教材评审委员、中国教育学会学术委员会委员和华东地区外语教学法研究会理事长。

他的著作有很多，《小学英语教育学》就是其中一部。

这本书旨在研究小学英语教育现象及其规律性，它从课程论、学习论、教学论、情景论、评价理论和科研理论六大方面进行了深层的阐述。

虽然看的过程对我来说有些吃力，因为它不象小说一样有很强的故事性，但是阅读这本书使我了解了小学英语的教学原则和外语教学的各种流派。

外语教学法有众多流派，但各个流派都有其优点及缺陷，如何优化各流派的主要共同规律，本著作也有具体的说明。

如：在英语教学中较常用的“全身反应法”即“TPR”活动，其优点是通过身体动作和其他直观手段语言情景，有利于语言教学，在大量理解性听的输入基础上培养说的表达能力，强调情意因素，降低了学生学习的压力，从而提高了教学效率;其缺点是忽视了“对话”这一交际活动的重要功能，不利于交际能力的培养。

因此，本著作明确指出：既要扎实掌握语言知识，更要培养交际的能力;在处理外语与母语之间的关系时，强调外语教学，适当利用母语;强调在情景中传授和综合运用语言知识;从强调教师的教，逐步变为强调学生的学。
