1My Big Adventure to India!Hi everyone! I just got back from the most amazing trip to India with my family and I can't wait to tell you all about it. India is a huge country way over on the other side of the world from where we live. It's really far away - we had to take a plane for almost a whole day to get there!India is famous for a lot of really cool things. They have beautiful temples with colorful decorations and towering carved stone archways. They make the most delicious food like curry, naan bread, samosas, and lots of vegetarian dishes with chickpeas, lentils, and veggies. And they have crazy traffic with cars, rickshaws, bikes, and even cows all driving together on the roads! It's nuts but also really fun.We started our trip in the capital city of Delhi. Delhi is a gigantic, crowded, busy city but it's awesome. We visited the Red Fort, which is this massive red sandstone fort with tall red walls and towers all around it. Inside the walls, there are palaces andgardens that used to belong to the emperors who ruled India a long time ago. We also went to the Jama Masjid, which is one of the largest mosques in India and has these huge courtyards and towering minarets. From Delhi, we took a train to Agra to see one of the most famous buildings in the world - the Taj Mahal! The Taj Mahal is this breathtakingly beautiful white marble mausoleum that was built by an emperor as a tomb for his wife in the 1600s. It's completely symmetric with four identical sides and tall minarets on each corner. The whole building is covered in incredibly intricate carvings of vines, flowers and calligraphy. It looks like it's not even real, like a totally perfect castle from a fairy tale! We spent hours exploring the Taj and its beautiful gardens.Next up was the city of Jaipur, where we saw the Amber Fort and the City Palace. The Amber Fort is this ancient fort built high up on a hill out of red sandstone and white marble. You can explore the palaces, gardens, gateways inside. The City Palace is right in the middle of Jaipur and it's still home to Jaipur's royal family today! We wandered through courtyards, rooms and hallways decorated with colored glass, paintings, and architectural details. So cool! One of my favorite parts was watching some of India's incredible festivals and dances. We happened to be there during Holi, the famous festival of colors. There were street parties with people throwing bright colored powder all over each other and celebrating with music and dancing. We also saw some traditional Kathak dancers perform this classical Indian dance with spins, footwork and expressive hand movements. The costumes and choreography were just mesmerizing.Indian food was my other favorite part! We had so many delicious curries, naan breads, samosas, pakoras, and other dishes while we were there. My top three were palak paneer (a spinach and cheese curry), butter chicken, and gajar ka halwa (a sweet carrot pudding). I tried using my hands to eat like they do in India, scooping up rice and curries with naan or roti bread. It was a little tricky but really fun! We drank lots of chai tea and lassis (a yogurt-based drink) too. Seriously, everything was out of this world good.I also loved seeing all the beautiful, colorful clothing that people wear in India. The women wear these long tunics called kurtas with loose pants called churidars or salwar kameez. The fabrics have the most vibrant colors and patterns. Many of the women also wear bindis, which are the decorative dots on theirforeheads. For men, they wear long tunics and loose pants too. And for special occasions like weddings, the clothes are really fancy and decked out in gold, jewels, and embroidery.Speaking of weddings, we were lucky enough to attend a traditional Indian wedding celebration while we were in Jaipur! It was nothing like weddings I've been to at home. The bride and groom had incredibly elaborate outfits and there was tons of dancing, music, flowers, and bright decorations everywhere you looked. We got henna designs drawn on our hands and learned some Indian dancing from the bride's cousins. Definitely the most fun wedding I've ever been to!We crammed in so many other awesome experiences too - riding on camels and elephants, shopping for vibrant saris and jewelry in markets, seeing monkeys roaming the streets, visiting ancient forts and temples, and so much more. India is such an incredible, colorful, exciting country with the most amazing history, culture, and people. I feel so lucky to have visited and can't wait to go back someday! Let me know if you have any other questions about my big India adventure.篇2My Fascinating Journey to IndiaHi there! My name is Emma, and I'm going to tell you all about an amazing country that I recently learned about – India! Get ready for an exciting adventure filled with colorful festivals, delicious foods, and fascinating cultures.First things first, India is a massive country located in South Asia. It's so big that it's the seventh-largest country in the world! Just imagine how many places there are to explore. India is also home to over 1.3 billion people, making it the second-most populous country after China. That's a lot of people! One of the coolest things about India is its diverse cultures and religions. Hinduism is the most widely practiced religion, but there are also large populations of Muslims, Christians, Sikhs, Buddhists, and many other faiths. Can you believe that India has 22 official languages? That's incredible! I'm still trying to master English, so learning 22 languages seems impossible to me.Let me tell you about some of the amazing festivals celebrated in India. Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is one of the biggest and most colorful celebrations. During Diwali, people decorate their homes with beautiful lights, exchange gifts, and set off fireworks. It's like Christmas and the Fourth of July combined! Another fascinating festival is Holi, also known as the Festival of Colors. People gather in the streets and playfullythrow vibrant colored powders and water at each other. It looks like so much fun, but I'd need to wear my oldest clothes! Now, let's talk about Indian food because it's absolutely delicious! One of my favorite dishes is butter chicken, which is tender chicken cooked in a creamy tomato-based sauce. It's so flavorful and rich. I also love naan, which is a soft, fluffy bread that's perfect for dipping in curries and sauces. And don't even get me started on samosas – those crispy, savory pastries filled with spiced potatoes and peas are irresistible!India is also famous for its incredible architecture and historical landmarks. The Taj Mahal, located in the city of Agra, is one of the most famous and breathtaking structures in the world. It's a stunning white marble mausoleum built by a Mughal emperor as a monument to his beloved wife. Can you imagine how much work and dedication went into building something so grand? I'm in awe just thinking about it.Another fascinating aspect of India is its diverse wildlife. The country is home to some truly incredible animals, like the majestic Bengal tiger, the massive Asian elephant, and the colorful peacock, which is the national bird of India. I'd love to go on a safari and spot these animals in their natural habitats!Indian culture also has a rich tradition of arts and crafts. From intricate silk saris to vibrant Rajasthani paintings, there's so much beauty and creativity to admire. I'm especially fascinated by the art of henna, where intricate designs are drawn on the hands and feet using a special dye. It's like having temporary tattoos, but way cooler! As you can probably tell, I'm absolutely fascinated by India and its rich cultural heritage. From the diverse religions and festivals to the mouthwatering cuisine and stunning architecture, there's so much to explore and appreciate. I can't wait to learn even more about this incredible country and maybe even plan a visit someday.Well, that's all I have to share for now, but I hope I've piqued your interest in this amazing place called India. It's a vibrant, colorful, and captivating country that truly has something for everyone. Who knows, maybe you'll catch the India fever too! Until next time, keep exploring and learning about the world around you. There are so many fascinating cultures and places waiting to be discovered.篇3My Trip to IndiaHi there! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. Last summer, my family went on a really cool trip to India and I wanted to tell you all about it!India is a huge country way over in Asia. It's got over a billion people living there - can you imagine? That's like 15 times more people than live in my whole country! India is also super old - people have been living there for thousands and thousands of years. We started our trip in the capital city, which is called New Delhi. "New" Delhi has actually been around for a really long time too though! There篇4My Trip to JapanHi! My name is Emma and I'm 10 years old. This summer, my family took an amazing trip to Japan and I want to tell you all about it! Japan is a really cool country with so many fun things to see and do.After a long flight from the United States, we landed in Tokyo, the capital city. Tokyo is HUGE - it's one of the biggest cities in the world with over 37 million people living there! Thefirst thing I noticed were all the bright, neon lights and billboards everywhere. Tokyo is famous for this and it looks so neat, especially at night. We stayed in a traditional Japanese hotel called a ryokan. Instead of beds, we slept on thin mattresses called futons on the floor. It was different but fun! We also had to take our shoes off before going into the rooms which is very important in Japan. There were even yukata robes to wear around the hotel. One of my favorite parts of the trip was visiting ancient temples and shrines around Tokyo and Kyoto. The Sensoji Temple in Tokyo was so beautiful with its huge red gate called a torii. I got my fortune told by shaking a cup and picking out a little stick. At the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, there were thousands of bright orange torii gates lining long trails up into the mountains. It felt almost magical walking through them! We also visited Kinkakuji, the Golden Pavilion temple covered in real gold leaf that shimmered in the sun.We also went to a maid cafe in Tokyo where girls dressed up as maids acted really sweet and called us "master" and "princess"! They sang and danced for us while we ate themed foods. It was so cute and fun.I loved browsing all the different shops and stores too. We went to the super cool Toyosu Fish Market and I got to see all the fresh fish being sold for sushi restaurants. There were lots of anime stores with cool figurines and plushies. And the 100 yen shops were amazing - you could get all kinds of snacks, stationery, toys and more for just 100 yen which is about 1!One of the most amazing experiences was attending a baseball game between the Yomiuri Giants and Yakult Swallows in Tokyo. The fans were crazy, cheering with chants, banners, and loud thundersticks! We learned the special baseball cheers too.On our last day, we got to experience a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. It was so neat watching the careful and precise way the tea was prepared and served to us. We had to follow certain rituals for drinking the matcha green tea too. I loved wearing a kimono and participating in this important cultural tradition.Japan was such an incredible mix of ultra-modern cityscapes right alongside ancient temples and practices. The transportation like the shinkansen bullet trains and city subways was so efficient and high-tech. Yet you could still find quiet gardens, geisha districts and traditional crafts like wood-block printing and pottery.I had the most wonderful time visiting Japan on this trip. I loved experiencing the unique culture, seeing the beautiful sights, and just exploring a place that felt like a whole other world. I can't wait to go back to Japan again someday!篇5My Favorite Country - FranceHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm going to tell you all about my favorite country in the whole world - France! I first learned about France in my geography class at school and I thought it seemed like the coolest place ever. Then my family took a vacation there last summer and I got to see it for myself. It was even better than I imagined!France is a country in Western Europe and it's famous for so many amazing things. Let me start by telling you about the capital city, Paris. Oh man, Paris is incredible! It's one of the most beautiful cities I've ever seen with gorgeous old buildings, pretty parks, and amazing art and museums everywhere you look. The most iconic landmark in Paris is definitely the Eiffel Tower. It's this gigantic metal tower that's over 1,000 feet tall! You can take an elevator right up to the top and get a spectacular view of the entire city below you. My little brotherwas a bit scared of the heights but I thought it was so cool being up that high. The Eiffel Tower looks gorgeous all lit up at night too.Another famous French landmark is the Louvre museum. It's this massive palace-like building right in the middle of Paris that houses thousands upon thousands of famous artworks and ancient artifacts from all over the world. We spent an entire day there and still didn't see everything! My favorite was the huge篇6My Trip to JapanHi there! I'm so excited to tell you all about my trip to Japan last summer. Japan is a fascinating country with a rich culture that dates back thousands of years. My family and I spent two weeks exploring Tokyo, Kyoto, and a few other incredible places.Tokyo was our first stop, and wow - what a bustling, vibrant city! The bright neon lights, the sounds of people and traffic everywhere, and the incredible skyscrapers towering above us made me feel like I was in a futuristic world. We rode the super-efficient subway system and visited famous sites like the Imperial Palace, Sensoji Temple, and the iconic Tokyo Tower. One of my favorite memories from Tokyo was visiting a cat cafe. These are special cafes where you can hang out and play with friendly cats while sipping tea or coffee. I got to pet and cuddle with the cutest kitties - it was like a dream come true for an animal lover like me!We also went to the Tsukiji Fish Market, which is the biggest wholesale fish and seafood market in the world. The sheer size of it blew my mind. There were tons of vendors selling the freshest fish you can imagine - huge tunas, bizarre-looking creatures from the deep sea, and everything in between. The sushi we tried there was out-of-this-world delicious. After a week in the capital, we took a bullet train to the ancient city of Kyoto. These super-fast trains are incredible - they traveled at over 300 km/h yet the ride was incredibly smooth. I loved watching the Japanese countryside whiz by my window.Kyoto felt like stepping back in time. The city is filled with stunning Buddhist temples, imperial palaces, traditional wooden houses, and people clad in kimonos. We visited Kinkakuji, the famous Golden Pavilion covered in brilliant gold leaf. The grounds surrounding it were so peaceful and beautiful. We also toured Nijo Castle, which was built in 1603 as the official residence of the first Shogun of the Edo Period. The"nightingale" floors designed to make squeaking sounds were meant to warn of potential intruders - clever! I loved imagining the lavish life of shoguns and samurai warriors walking those halls. One of the biggest highlights was participating in a traditional Japanese tea ceremony. We learned the intricate, ceremonial steps of preparing and serving matcha green tea from a tea master in a gorgeous tea house garden. The powdered tea was frothy, bitter, and unlike anything I'd ever tasted before. So cool to experience such an ancient cultural tradition.Japanese food was a true highlight for me. Beyond the incredible sushi and sashimi, we tried all kinds of dishes like ramen, yakisoba noodles, okonomiyaki savory pancakes, gyoza dumplings, yakitori skewered chicken, and more. My mouth waters just thinking about it all! I even tried adventurous things like raw horse meat and shirako fish sperm. The flavors were so unique and complex compared to the food I'm used to at home.We bought lots of fun souvenirs like Maneki Neko lucky cat figurines, beautifully patterned origami paper and folding fans, and some kawaii plush characters. I can't wait to give some Japanese snacks and candies to my friends.Japan truly was the adventure of a lifetime. The mix of modern cities, ancient traditions, incredible natural beauty, friendly people, and mouth-watering cuisine made for an unforgettable cultural experience. I feel so fortunate to have visited such an amazing country. I'd go back to Japan in a heartbeat!。

Something about Mardi Gras
1.What is Mardi Gras? 2. Mardi Gras is the biggest carnival in America. 3. It is celebrated in New Orleans every year.
4. There will be four parades in a row on Sunday.
5. The parade will pass by Garden District then go to Canal Street. Garden District 跟 Canal Street. 6. They give out a lot of beads from the float. 7. You can go to French Quarter if you got some neat beads. 8. The most famous street in French Quarter is Bourbon St.在法国区内, 最有名气的非 Bourbon St. 莫数了. 9. You can ask the woman in the street to "Show your tits"你可以找街上的女孩, 鼓起勇气对她们说 "Show your tits"这是另一个 Mardi Gras 有趣的传统, 走在 Bourbon St. 耳边听到的尽是一些被酒精麻醉的年轻小伙子在大喊这句口号.10. If they did flash, you have to pay them some beautiful beads.
