Nowadays cell phones are becoming more popular. Almost everybody has got a cell phone. Of course the cell phones have brought us lots of convenience. We could get messages immediately from our acquaintances. Parents and friends could get in touch with us wherever we are. it’s also convenient for doing business. We could also use cell phone to read ebooks, see films and check our e-mail,and so on. the cell phones are just easy to use. But there’re also disadvantages. For example, the phones sometimes would ring out during the class which may completely annoyed the teacher. And it would be very embarrassed when the phone suddenly rings at the meetings. Students in class also like to send messages which would affect their studies.

We may need phones to get touch with our friends and relatives. But it is also very necessary to turn off our phones some particular occasions like having classes in the classroom or attending meetings to show

your politeness. It’s also good for your health to turn off the cell phone when having sleep at night!

Ladies and Gentlemen, Good morning! I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short story. Now I tell you about myself .When I was young ,I wanted to be a teacher .I studied hard so that I could go to college.

I majored in math in college .But after I left school , I chose to teach English , because I like English very

much .I have been teaching English for nine years. Now let’s share a short story. A Clever PandaLittle panda picks up a pumpkin and wants to take it home. But the pumpkin is too big. The panda can't take it home. Suddenly she sees a bear riding a bike toward her. She watches the bike. "I know! I have a good idea." she jumps and shouts happily, "I can roll a pumpkin. It's like a wheel. So she rolls the pumpkin to her home. When her mother sees the big pumpkin, she is surprised, "Oh, my God! How can you carry it home" The little panda answers proudly, "I can't lift it, but I can roll it." Her mother smiles and says，"What a clever girl! Use your head to do something ,you can do everything 。"
