第六節治療處置 Therapeutic Treatment通則：一、治療處置費（不分門診及住院）依照本節各項所定支付點數計算之。

二、本節共分五項，各項處置費點數包括一般材料，表面麻醉、浸潤麻醉及簡單之傳導麻醉等費用在內，不另給付。

治療處置過程如需用到特殊治療材料、特殊藥劑或其他麻醉時得另加算其費用，但另有規定者除外。

三、前項所謂一般材料係指全民健康保險藥物給付項目及支付標準所列以外之各種治療材料，如治療處置過程所需之敷料、一般縫合線、刀片、外用消毒藥劑、生理鹽水、導尿管、鼻胃管．．．等均屬之。

四、對稱器官之治療處置，係指兩側之器官，特殊規定者除外。

五、同一手術部位或同一病灶同時施行兩種以上之處置時，按其主要處置項目所定點數計算之。

六、本節所謂兒童加成項目分為：1.兒童加成項目：病人年齡未滿六個月者，依表定點數加計百分之六十；年齡在六個月至二歲者，依表定點數加計百分之三十；年齡在二歲至六歲者，依表定點數加計百分之二十。

2.提升兒童加成項目：病人年齡未滿六個月者，依表定點數加計百分之百；年齡在六個月至二歲者，依表定點數加計百分之八十；年齡在二歲至六歲者，依表定點數加計百分之六十。

第一項處置費 Treatment一、一般處置 General Treatment (47001~47102)通則：本項各處置項目皆為兒童加成項目，另部分診療項目項下加註「提升兒童加成項目」者，其加成率適用本節通則六、2之規定。
