How to Keep Fit

A healthy body is very important to every one of us. When you are sick, you feel painful all over your body and have no energy to study. The only thing you want to do is to lie in bed. When you are healthy, you can eat well, sleep well and study well.

For Grade 9 students,it is important to live healthily.Here are some ideas for everyone to keep fit.

First,it is important to eat healthy food. We can have some bread ,noodles and some fruits for breakfast.Breakfast is the most important meal in a day,but some students go to school without breakfast.It is harmful for their health. We can have some meat ,fish and all kinds of vegetables for lunch.In the evening, we should have less food for supper.We can eat some soup ,porridge or some fruits.In a day ,we must drink at least eight glasses of water and eat an apple.As an old saying goes:“An apple a day keeps the doctor away.”

Second,taking a lot of exercise plays an important role in our life because it can not only make you feel relaxed but also make you feel energetic. In the morning, you can get up early, breathe the fresh air and run for 10 minutes.At weekends,you can go swimming .In the evening,you can take a walk with your dog after dinner.

Third,enough sleep is necessary for us.It can give us energy for the whole day.If we don’t have enough sleep,we may feel sleepy in class.Also,we need to relax our minds after studying for a long time.

Finally,We should achieve a balance between our study and our hobbies.We can make a list of all the homework we have and work out how much time we need to finish it.We can choose our hobbies according to the time we have.

In my opinion,health is the most valuable wealth. If you take my advice ,you will have a healthy body.
