下面请大家慢慢地将意识收回来,将呼吸调整为自然呼吸,双手胸前合十,用力的搓热,将温热的掌心放在我们的双眼上,用掌心的余温来滋养一下双眼,这样可以减少眼部细小皱纹的产生。

将手轻轻滑落到脸颊,用指腹轻轻的拍打脸颊,这样可以促进面部的循环,达到美容的效果。
