主要教学活动为1a和3a。

第二话题谈论了影响健康的好习惯和坏习惯,引出了本课的语法重点:情态动词must +动词原形,表示建议、劝告。

同时引出了动名词做主语的常用句式:Staying up late is bad for your health. 通过学习Section A,让学生能够辨别好习惯与坏习惯,从而帮助他们养成好习惯,戒掉坏习惯。

本单元教学内容主要围绕健康的生活习惯展开,而本话题主要围绕健康的生活习惯展开话题。

教材内容结合实际,贴近生活,重视学生的情感。

本节课就吸烟这个坏习惯展开讨论,主要学习情态动词must及其否定形式must not表示必要性的用法。

同时巩固了动名词做主语的句式。

设计理念
以听说为主,读写跟上为教学主线,通过一系列教学活动,使学生获得基本的英语听说能力,并在教学中充分激发学生强烈的求知欲。

在注重学生知识能力发展的同时,培养学生无论在家还是在学校都要做个听话、懂事、健康的孩子,潜移默化进行德育渗透。

学生情况分析
初二的学生,经过了一年的学习,有了一定的英语基础知识和听说能力,但是也慢慢地失去了学习英语的兴趣。
