摘 要:半实物仿真测试平台是装备嵌入式软件闭环动态测试的主要手段,平台的通用化对于试验测试机构具有重要意义。通过对 ATML标 准的研究,设计和实现了一套通用化的半实物仿真测试平台,通过对其组成架构和使用模式的分析,说明了该平台与 ATML的对标情况。在实 际装备嵌入式软件测试中的应用表明,该平台具备了 ATML所倡导的测试仪器互换性和测试程序移植性的特点,可显著提高装备嵌入式软件 的测试质量和测试效率。 关键词:半实物仿真;嵌入式软件;软件测试;ATML 中图分类号:TP31152 文献标识码:A 国家标准学科分类代码:4604030 DOI:10.15988/j.cnki.1004-6941.2020.9.011
