通过模拟优化结果显示,在保留材料10%-20%的时候,义齿支撑金属桥可以满足强度要求,并且重量最轻。

Based on solidThinking Inspire software, this work studies topology optimization of the dental metal bridge structure and explored its best design. According to the simulation results, the structure could ensure the hardness and achieve the lightweight desing at the same time. solidThinking Inspire, with its interface and easy to use, convenient operation, and the advantages of fast speed, could be a good solution to satisfy the requirements of the dental support metal bridge structure design. 关键词:汽车 轻量化设计 方法措施轻量化在当前汽车设计制造产业当中是一个比较主流的方向,与新能源车具有相当的地位,在传统发动机技术发展陷入瓶颈,新能源汽车受限于电池的情况下,轻量化成为了一种非常关键的解决手段,通过轻量化来实现节能减排。
但汽车轻量化,不是单纯减轻汽车的重量,而是在减轻重量的同时提升性能,因此分析讨论如何去进行轻量化设计,具有非常典型的价值意义。
1 轻量化设计概述1.1 轻量化产生背景轻量化设计是目前国内外汽车设计制造技术中的主要发展方向之一,与环保和安全具有同等地位,随着人们环保意识增强,汽车工业要发展,必须要走可持续发展道路,而可持续发展显然必须要实现节约资源、减少消耗,对于汽车工业而言,要达到相关要求,已经得到公认的路径包括提高发动机效率、新能源和轻量化。
汽车的节能环保通常情况下是降低油耗或提高燃油效率,降低或者清洁排放尾气。
在提高发动机效率方面,由于传统发动机不管是柴油机还是汽油机,实际上都已经达到了一个相当高的水准,现阶段主要是通过对发动机进行微量调整并利用汽车电子技术来提高发动机的效率,但效果并不是很理想,仅仅只能说达标。
而新能源汽车在环保上的效果最佳,但是问题在于由于电池的限制,新能源车的发展还需要走很长的一段路,而轻量化技术,在保证汽车安全性的基础上去降低汽车的自重来实现能耗的下降,它可以作为提高发动机能效,甚至是新能源车能效的一种基础技术手段,在当前发动机技术、新能源车技术尚未出现巨大突破之前,轻量化将是节能减排的主流技术手段。

降低冲压的材料成本,就是要提高材料的利用
率,或者使用成本更低的材料进行冲压。
目前各大汽车厂为了提高材料利用率,降低生产
成本,各种传统的技术方法都有充分的应用,因此在
这里不再过多介绍,
只介绍几种有创新意义的方法。
新车型可以减少模具投资约 4%~8%。
(3)模具轻量化设计。
国内的模具设计一般都设计的结构比较复杂,作
为技术的管理人员,通过借鉴合资企业的工作经验,
推广日系汽车厂模具的简约设计理念,使模具尽可能
采用简约化的设计,减少模具重量,可以有效减少模

冲压技术管理上,根据新车型产销规划的不同,要求
个车型多组模具采用组合设计,合计可以减少约 8%~
12%上下投资。
如图 6 所示,经过分析,将尾门外板和后牌照外
件(尾门外板连接件)进行组合冲压,实现一副模具
的组合。
通过这种嵌件+并模的组合,仅上述模具就可以
减少约 100 万元投资,实现单个车型减少约 3%的投
资。目前,采用这一方案的模具已经进入量产状态。

This paper models the auto wheel by UG, and made analysis through ANSYS Workbench software. The result of finite element analysis shows that the maximum stress is much less than the allowable stress of aluminum alloy wheels. So auto wheels can be optimized further. Then structural optimization is made to minimize the weight of the wheel. The static analysis and fatigue analysis to the optimized wheel is made then. The results of equivalent stress, equivalent elastic strain and total deformation are similar with the results that before optimize, but its weight is decreased. Automobile wheel finite element static analysis2.1 Importing geometryThe software will be created in the UG wheel solid model into ANSYS Workbench based on CAD drawing of the wheel.2.2 The definition of materialMaterials used in this paper for the aluminum alloy (Aluminum Alloy), ANSYS Workbench software offers a number of commonly used material parameters, so some parameters can be time consuming accessing large amounts of data, getting Young's modulus, Poisson's ratio and density and other parameters.2.3 MeshThe way of hexahedral (Hex Dominant) units grid points, the grid size is 8mm, the model after the division grid. It was totally divided into 83,313 nodes, 25,412 units.2.4 The definition of load and constraintAs mentioned earlier, the actual process of moving the wheels bending fatigue failure mayaccount for the largest proportion of this research is based on dynamic cornering fatigue test wheel load and constraint boundary conditions. .According to the PRC automotive industry standard QC / T 221-1997 [2]. Constraints and loads the wheel in this article: the edge of the wheel rim on both sides of the fixed constraints imposed, and put the wheels of the four bolt holes moment. The fatigue analysis in finite element of automobile wheelFatigue analysis is after linear static analysis, carried out through design simulation automatically. Based on the static analysis, the specific steps include identifying SN curve, setting the parameters and solving the results.3.1 Determine the S-N curveThe S-N curve of material is the curve showing the relationship between Standards that applied stress level and fatigue life, referred to as S-N curves. The material used in this paper is aluminum; ANSYS Workbench comes with aluminum alloy in the SN curve.3.2 Set solution parametersIn the fatigue calculations, the definition of load types, as the wheel load can be approximated as symmetric suffered circulation, loading type (Type) select "Fully Reversed"..4. Optimized and improved automobile wheelThe finite element analysis results show that spoke and wheel mounting flange at the junction is of relatively weak, while the wheel rim and the wheel mounting flange part is of great lightweight potential. So this paper optimizes and improves the thickness of aluminum alloy car wheel mounting flange, make the wheel weight lightened.After thinning the wheel mounting flange by 10mm, we can get the model which has been optimized, as shown Fig.1.4.1 Static analysis of the improved wheelThe optimized model is imported into ANSYS Workbench in the optimized static analysis of aluminum alloy wheels, the steps is the same as static analysis before optimized. ConclusionThe compared results of static analysis before and after optimization of aluminum alloy wheels are shown in Table I. By comparing the results the following conclusions can be drawn.Considering from the stress and elastic strain, the optimized aluminum alloy car wheels’ maximum stress, maximum strain are smaller than it before optimization and the decrease of stress concentration is somewhat alleviated.Compared with the previous optimization, the optimized aluminum alloy car wheels’ weight on the relative ease is lightened by 4.52% than it before optimization, thus we can achieve lightweight of the wheel under the precondition to strength.Available from Table I, the minimum life is 2.3259e5, longer than the fatigue life 1.0134e5, showing that under the default number of cycles, the various parts of the wheel are more secure than before, thus we can achieve lightweight of the wheel under the precondition to achieve fatigue life.
