第一段所给首句“Suddenly a little rabbit jumped out in front of my horse.”

文章结尾处,提到了“from then on, people inthe village started to realize the importance of protecting the environment”这样的话句。

First built in 2005, the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speedrailway went into operation on December,26th,2009. Overall length of its main line is 1068 kilometers, and it goes through the following three provinces: Hubei, Hunan and Guangdong. The speed of the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway is 350km/h,the fastest speed in the world now, which makes it only three hours needed from Wuhan to Guangzhou, seven hours less than before. Besides, there are all kinds of facilities in the train, which make your trip safe and comfortable, so it is more humanitarian. However, the only fly in the ointment is that the train fare is too high and the station is quite far away from the downtown area.2.

Be a story; Beyond a story.

Step 1:Skim the passage and find out the basic information of the passage. I was responding to a call from a small brick flat in a quiet part of town.I assumed I was being sent to pick up some party-goers,or someone who had just had a fight with a lover,or a worker heading to an early shift at some factory for the industrial part of town. When I arrived at 2:30 a.m., the building was dark except for a single light in a ground floor window. Under such circumstances, many drivers just honk(按喇叭)once or twice, wait a minute, then drive away. But I had seen too many weak people who depended on taxis as their only means of transportation.Unless a situation smelled of danger,I always went to the door. This passenger might be someone who needs my assistance,I reasoned to myself. So I walked to the door and knocked. “Just a minute,”answered a frail(虚弱的),elderly voice. I could hear something being dragged across the floor. After a long pause, the door opened.

It was somewhere between spring and summer that my mom and I were driving through the countryside. Back then I was 13 years old and always felt unhappy with Mom. But little did I know that this trip was going to be a special one.A pot of flowers sat in the back seat, whose heavenly scent filled the car. Suddenly, in the middle of nowhere, my mom pulled over. “What are you doing?”I cried, fearing that the car had broken down and we’d be stuck there, so far from home. But that wasn’t the case. My mom hopped out of the car, grabbing the flowers from the back seat. “It’ll just be a minute,”she called back through the open windows. My eyes impatiently skimmed the edge of the road before settling on a little sign showing that it was a nursing home (养老院). I looked back at the building, somewhat annoyed, as my mom reappeared, empty-handed.Before she started the car, curiosity drove me to ask, “Do you know anyone there?”She shook her head. “Then what did you do with the flowers?”She smiled slightly, “I gave them to the receptionist (接待员).”“What?”She laughed at my confusion. “I told the receptionist to give the flowers to whoever needed them, especially those who haven’t gotten any.”2I kept silent for a moment. Not long after we continued our driving, I spoke again, “Did you leave your name?”To this she answered instantly, “No. Leaving flowers there for someone who will appreciate them makes me feel good, which is enough.”Suddenly, still thinking about Mom’s deeds, I heard something burst loudly. It was our car that broke down! Nothing could be worse, because neither my mom nor I understood how to repair it, and we didn’t know where the garage (汽车修理厂) was. It also seemed impossible to wait for any passerby, since we had seen so few along the way.Paragraph 1:We were worrying about what could be done.Paragraph 2:As we drove along, a flower shop came into sight.【写作思路】第一步:通读文本,提取线索词和信息句,写出每段段落大意。

1Oh my goodness, the 2020 high school entrance exam English essay was so difficult! But I'm gonna give it my best shot and write a follow-up story for it.So, after the high school entrance exam, I met up with my friends at the park to celebrate the end of the exam. We were all so relieved that it was finally over and we could relax for a bit.We decided to have a picnic and enjoy the beautiful weather. We brought sandwiches, fruit, and juice to share with each other. We laughed and talked about how we thought we did on the exam. Then, out of nowhere, a group of birds flew down and stole our food! We were shocked and started chasing after them, trying to get our snacks back. It was like a scene from a movie, with us running around and shouting at the birds. After a few minutes of chaos, we finally managed to retrieve our food and sat back down to finish our picnic. We couldn't stop laughing at the ridiculousness of the situation. As the sun began to set, we all lay down on the grass, looking up at the sky. We talked about our hopes and dreams for the future and promised to stay friends no matter what high school we ended up in.It was a perfect end to a stressful day, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate with my friends. I know that no matter what happens, we'll always have each other's backs. And who knows, maybe those cheeky birds were just trying to teach us a lesson about sharing and teamwork.篇2Oh wow, high school entrance exam in 2020! That's like, sooooo important and stuff. So basically, after the exam, we were all like super relieved and happy, right? But then we had to wait for the results to come out, which was like the worst part ever.I remember when the results finally came out, and we were all like freaking out and stuff. Some of my friends did really well and got into their dream schools, while others were a bitdisappointed. But you know what? It's all good because we're all in this together, right? We'll support each other no matter what.So after we got our results, we had to start thinking about our future and stuff. Like, what do we wanna do with our lives? It's like such a big decision to make at such a young age, but we'll figure it out eventually. We have our whole lives ahead of us!And you know what's really cool? No matter what happens, we'll always have each other. We'll always be there to cheer each other on, to pick each other up when we're feeling down, and to celebrate all the amazing things we'll do in the future. So yeah, high school entrance exam in 2020 was a big deal, but we're ready for whatever comes next. Bring it on, world! We're gonna rock it!篇3Oh wow, the 2020 Gaokao English exam was so intense! The reading comprehension part was super hard, but I did my best to answer all the questions. After the exam, I felt so relieved and proud of myself for finishing it.After the exam, I went home and relaxed for a bit. Then I decided to start writing the continuation of the English essay question from the Gaokao. The topic was about the importance of learning a second language, so here is my response:Learning a second language is so important because it can open up so many opportunities for us. When we can speak another language, we can communicate with people from different countries and cultures. This can help us make new friends and learn about different ways of life.In addition, knowing a second language can also help us in our future careers. Many companies are looking for employees who can speak more than one language because they can work with clients and partners from around the world. This can give us a competitive edge in the job market.Overall, learning a second language is not just about studying words and grammar. It's about expanding our horizons, connecting with others, and preparing for a bright future. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to learn English, and I will continue to work hard to improve my language skills. I can't wait to see where this journey will take me!篇4Oh my goodness! I can't believe I'm finally done with the 2020 Gaokao English exam! It was so nerve-wracking but I think I did pretty well. Now I can relax and share with you guys what I wrote for the last part of the exam - the essay prompt "2020 Gaokao English Exam Reading Comprehension Follow-up."In the reading comprehension section, we had a passage about the importance of learning a second language and how it can benefit you in your future career and personal life. The follow-up essay prompt asked us to share our thoughts on the topic and discuss our own experiences with learning a second language.I started off by talking about how learning English has opened up so many opportunities for me. I mentioned how it helped me connect with people from different countries, understand foreign movies and songs, and even improve my grades in school. I also shared a funny story about how I once confused "embarrassed" with "embarrassing" and ended up saying something totally embarrassing in front of my English teacher!Next, I discussed the challenges of learning a second language, like struggling with pronunciation and grammar rules. But I emphasized that with hard work and dedication, anyone can become fluent in a foreign language. In the conclusion, I talked about how learning a second language is not just about memorizing vocabulary and grammar, but also about embracing a new culture and way of thinking. I encouraged everyone to step out of their comfort zone and start learning a new language today.Overall, I had a lot of fun writing this essay and reflecting on my own language learning journey. I can't wait to see how well I did on the exam and I'm excited to continue improving my English skills in the future!篇5Oh, hi everyone! So, I recently read this really cool essay about the 2020 high school English exam and I thought I could totally write a follow-up to it. The essay was all about how the exam was really tough but also kind of fun at the same time. So, here's my take on it:So, after the students finished the exam, they all felt a mix of relief and nervousness. They were relieved that it was finally over, but also nervous about how they did. Some students were confident that they did well, while others weren't so sure.As they waited for the results, they kept replaying the exam in their heads. They remembered the tough reading passages, the tricky grammar questions, and the challenging essay topic. But they also remembered the moments when they felt like they knew the answer or when they surprised themselves with their writing skills. Finally, the day of the results arrived. Some students were over the moon when they saw their scores, while others were disappointed. But no matter what the result was, they all knew that they had worked hard and tried their best.In the end, the students realized that the exam was just one part of their high school experience. It was a challenge, for sure, but it also taught them a lot about perseverance, resilience, and the power of determination. And that's my follow-up to the 2020 high school English exam essay. I hope you liked it! Let me know what you think in the comments below. Bye for now!篇6Oh my gosh! I can't believe I just finished my 2020 Gaokao English exam! It was so intense, but I think I did pretty well. Now,it's time to write the continuation of the English essay. Here we go!After the Gaokao English exam, I felt a mix of emotions - relief, excitement, and a little bit of anxiety. I couldn't wait to find out my results, but I also couldn't help but worry if I had answered all the questions correctly. The exam was definitely challenging, but I tried my best to stay calm and focused throughout the entire test.As I walked out of the exam hall, I saw my friends waiting for me. We high-fived each other and talked about how we thought we did on the exam. Some of us felt confident, while others were a bit unsure. But we all agreed that we gave it our best shot, and that's all that mattered. In the days leading up to the release of the exam results, I couldn't help but think about all the hard work and preparation I had put into studying for the Gaokao. I spent countless hours poring over English textbooks, practicing writing essays, and memorizing vocabulary words. And now, it was finally time to see if all that hard work had paid off. When the results finally came out, I felt a mix of nerves and excitement. I scanned the list of names, looking for mine, and when I finally found it, I couldn't believe my eyes. I had done it! Ihad achieved a great score on the Gaokao English exam! I jumped for joy and hugged my friends, feeling grateful and proud of all the effort I had put in.Overall, the Gaokao English exam was a challenging but rewarding experience. It pushed me to work harder and strive for excellence, and in the end, it paid off. I feel confident in my abilities and excited for what the future holds. Bring it on, world - I'm ready for whatever comes my way!。

They all huddled together, feeling a mix of fear and excitement.续写:The strange noise grew louder and louder, and Sally and her friends could feel their hearts racing. Just as they were about to run back to their tents, they saw a figure emerging from the trees. It was a lost dog, with a collar around its neck. Sally and her friends felt relieved and quickly went to pet the dog. They noticed that the dog looked hungry and tired, so they decided to take it back to their campsite and give it some food and water. After feeding the dog, they noticed that the collar had a tag with the owner's phone number.

第一段所给首句“Suddenly a little rabbit jumped out in front of my horse.”

2. 第二段所给首句“We had no idea where we were and it was getting dark.”

◆续写词汇已给提示词汇:dad,Uncle Paul, farm house, river, feed, sheep, late, track, get lost, sight话题激活词汇:情感:panic, relief, nervous, worried动作:run, cry, think to oneself环境:scenery, mountain, range, valley, river, lake, forest, sun, set, wind, blowOne possible version:◆高分范例Paragraph 1:Suddenly a little rabbit jumped out in front of my horse. Dad and I found it was so cute that we decided to chase it. After a while, we were completely lost in the forest. There was nothing left in oursight but the trees. “We may not be able to make it back to the farm house in time for supper.”I thought to myself. After a series of fruitless attempts to find a way out, we felt hungry and tired.Paragraph 2:We had no idea where we were and it was getting dark. Wegot stuck in the forest. And an unexpected shower added to the difficulty of us in finding a way home, for all the tracks we had made disappeared because of the rain. I was almost on the edge of breaking down when my father said, “Don’t worry, my son. I remember there is a river near the farm house. Find the river and we will be back home.”Finally, we found the river and got back to the house along it. Needless to say, we ate alate dinner.

Paragraph 1:Suddenly a little rabbit jumped out in front of my horse. Dad and I found it was so cute that we decided to chase it(动作一). After a while, we were completely lost in the forest. (连接词+ 动作二)There was nothing left in oursight but the trees. (环境)“We may not be able to make it back to the farm house in time for supper.”I thought to myself.(对话,直言自语)After a series of fruitless attempts to find a way out, we felt hungry and tired.(动作三+ 心情表情)Paragraph 2:We had no idea where we were and it was getting dark. We got stuck in the forest(动作一). And an unexpected shower added to the difficulty of us in finding a way home, for all the tracks we had made disappeared because of the rain(环境). I was almost on the edge ofbreaking down(心情表情)when my father said, “Don’t worry, my son. I remember there is a river near the farm house. Find the river and we will be back home.”(对话)Finally, we found the river and got back to the house along it. Needless to say, we ate alate dinner.(动作二)方法不难,积累是关键。

【1】Parents everywhere praise their kids. (错误论点)Jenn Berman, author of The A to Z Guide to Raising Happy and Confident Kids, says, "We've gone to the opposite extreme of a few decades ago when parents tended to be more strict." (名人论据)By giving kids a lot of praise, parents think they're building their children's confidence, when, in fact(此词一出,前后相反), it may be just the opposite. (转折,说明后文中药)Too much praise can backfire and, when given in a way that's insincere, make kids afraid to try new things or take a risk for fear of not being able to stay on top where their parents' praise has put them.(核心结论,简而言之:Too much praise can backfire)【2】Still, don't go too far in the other direction. (论点:Too little praise is damaging)Not giving enough praise can be just as damaging as giving too much. (论据一)Kids will feel like they're not good enough or that you don't care and, as a result, may see no point in trying hard for their accomplishments.(论据二)(来源:gaokaoyingyu 150)【3】So what is the right amount of praise? (问句引出话题)Experts say that the quality of praise is more important than the quantity.(论点,但是quality, quantity不够具体,所以可以把quality,替代为:sincere, focus on effort【论据一】,process【论据二】;quantity代替为:outcome【论据一】,end【论据二】)If praise is sincere and focused on the effort not the outcome, you can give it as often as your child does something that deserves a verbal reward." (论据一)We should especially recognize our children's efforts to push themselves and work hard to achieve a goal, "says Donahue, author ofParenting Without Fear: Letting Go of Worry and Focusing on What Really Matters. "One thing to remember is that it's the process not the end product that matters."(论据二)【4】Your son may not be the best basketball player on his team. But if he's out there every day and playing hard, you should praise his effort regardless of whether his team wins or loses. Praising the effort and not the outcome canalso mean recognizing your child when she has worked hard to clean the yard, cook dinner, or finish a book report. (论据)But whatever it is, praise should be given on a case-by-case basis and be proportionate(相称的)to the amount of effort your child has put into it. 1. Parents everywhere praise their kids.2. Too much and too little praise can be damaging.3. Parents should be sincere and focus on the process.4. Parents should give praise to rhe efforts their kids put into the process. Parents tend to go to extremes when it comes to praising their kids. (要点一) Yet, both too much and too little praise can be equally damaging. (要点二) When giving praise, parents should be sincere and concentrate on the process instead of the result. (要点三) Similarly, they ought to give praise for how much effort their kids have invested in the work they’re involved in.
