二、教学背景分析1、教学内容分析本单Lesson46 Help People.是冀教版Book5 Unit6 中的第六课时,本册教材Unit 5 Great People 谈论的是人生、理想、成功,Unit6 Accident 谈论的是安全、事故、助人。
本课主要谈论有关圣诞老人的故事,将人生与助人联系起来。
圣诞节快到了,通过谈论这个大家都喜欢的话题,激发学生想说英语的欲望,使其能够自觉投入到英语口语训练中来,并通过讲圣诞老人的故事,使学生养成助人为乐的好品质,形成健康的人生观。
2、学生情况分析本次授课班级为初三的一个普通教学班。
大部分学生生活热情高,积极进取,勇于探索。
也有一些学生虚荣心强,自满陶醉,课堂上怕出错、出丑,不愿大声发言。
另外,初三学生已有一定的英语基础,尤其对圣诞节有一些了解。
针对学生心理特点和现有的知识水平,所以,老师在课堂应突出理性教学,挖掘潜质,使学生在原有的基础上有更大的飞跃。
