3.Write some details on the board. Include any words from the task which you think need revising or preteaching, e.g., basketball team, competition, match, the final, lunch, restaurant, fare, win, ticket, start, cheer, support, supporters, presentation, cu p, medals, etc.
Exte nsion activities
1.Read the convers ation with the desk mates and answer some questions:
a.What would Kitty like to go?
b.What other place will KiPlay the recording in Part A2. Ask students to listen to the Principal’s speech at morning assembly. Students complete the rest of the notes. Play the recording again so t hat students are able to check, confirm or c hange their initial responses.
5.Ask students to look at Kitty’s notes and complete as much of the schedule as possible on their own. Encourage students to find the answers i n the poster and underline them.
