Abstract
[Abstract] The United States is the most developed country in the world, China is the biggest developing country, the two large trade balance has affected the normal trade relations between the two countries. Study the causes of trade imbalance, for our country in sino-us trade and the industrial division of the position, make own corresponding policies and measures, and has a strong theoretical significance and practical value. Sino-us trade imbalance with the rapid development of sino-us trade in continually expanding, and has attracted extensive attention of the top us. Based on u.s.-china trade imbalance reasons, and the impact of China's strategy, analysis and put forward their views: both sides should be a rational view, mutual understanding, and jointly promote the development of bilateral trade.

的贸易差额已影响到两国正常的经贸关系。研究贸易不平衡产生的根源,对于我 国在中美贸易以及世界产业分工中认清自己的位置,制定相应的政策措施,具有 很强的理论意义和实践价值。中美贸易不平衡问题随着中美贸易的迅速发展在 不断地扩大，并已引起了美国高层的广泛关注。本文就美中贸易不平衡产生的 原因、造成的影响、以及中国的应对策略进行分析，并对此提出了自己的看 法：中美双方应理性看待，相互理解，共同推动双边贸易发展。
