A Lesson Plan8A Unit5 BirdwatchersReading(Ⅰ) Zhalong – A special place

Teaching objectives:1. To infer general meaning from title and context2. To guess the meanings of words from context3. To skim text for overall meaning and scan for details4. To improve students' love of birds and help to take action to protect wildlifeTeaching important and difficult points:1最著名的是丹顶鹤,数量最多分布最广的是灰鹤,个体最大的是黑颈鹤,最小的是蓑羽鹤,最少见的是沙丘鹤。
