Definition(定义):
1.限制性定语从句与先行词关系密切,中间用逗号隔开,是先行词不可缺少的部分, 去掉它,主句意思不明确。
2.非限制性定语从句是对先行词的补充说明,去掉_______(A:会影响;B:不会影响)主句的意思,中间_______(A:用;B:不用)逗号隔开。

1.限制性定语从句与非限制性定语从句之比较:
1)Difference in translation(在翻译上不同)

含限制性定语从句的句子先译从句,后译先行词,即常译为;而非限制性

4)关系词使用情况不同

*非限制性定语从句中的关系词
在非限制性定语从句中,不能用关系副词why和关系代词that。
要用for which代
替why.
