We are talking this morning with Jason Lovelace. He’s been with us, um, for the past several hours here.We appreciate you. He is the Area Vice President in Chicago with . We’ve been hooking you up here live on the air with people who need some help with their resumes. Now we have Jennell Floyd on with us. Jennell Floyd, thank you for being here. You go right ahead. He has, uh, looked at your resume. You go right ahead and ask him here livewhat your question is about your resume?Good morning and thank you(Good morning),my question is that I think I have done a pretty good job of selling my skills, outlining my experience, and I need to know what's missing on my resume?Ok, that's a great question, Jannell. First of all, you know I did review your resume and congratulations on your upcoming degree; it looks like you are graduating in June of this year. So that's, that's a big feat in itself, but I took a look at your resume and the good news about your resume is that you do have a lot of important key words and information that should be at the top for recruiters to see. The unfortunate piece about your resume is that you are not doing a great job of marketing yourself, and what I mean is I'll just give a couple of cosmetic information.First of all,the top of your resume. You have your contact information and it really takes up the first five to ten percent of that first page. It's basically wasted space. You wanna try to condense that and make it a little bit more appealing. The other thing is there is really no attention grabber, why you? Why would a company select you? The other thing that you do is you highlight some of your awards and recognition, but you could probably do a better job of really showcasing those, letting companies know who you are, the accolades that you’ve had throughout your career and really again highlighting those different points. And then the final thing from a cosmetic standpoint is you’re all paragraphs in yourresume and to a recruiter, time is money, and when they are sifting through resumes, you've gotta grab their attention. You should put bullet points with different things that you’ve accomplished but don't expect them to read through paragraph after paragraph at each individual job. I think a couple of those things will help you and it should rise your resume to the top.Ok, some good advice from Jason Lovelace there in Chicago, and Jannell, good luck to you, I hope you get the job that you want. (Thank you)Thanks for calling in.。
建议信如何使他的简历与众不同英语作文
建议信如何使他的简历与众不同英语作文全文共3篇示例,供读者参考篇1How to Make Your Resume Super Duper SpecialHey guys! Today I want to talk about something real important - resumes! You might be thinking "Ugh, I'm just a kid, why do I need to worry about resumes?" Well, listen up because even if you're just in elementary school, having an awesome resume can help you get cool jobs, internships, or get into fun activities down the road.A resume is like a super special paper all about you and all the amazing things you've done. It shows people why you're the perfect person to hire or pick for their thing. But here's the deal - a lot of resumes are pretty boring and they all kinda look the same. So how do you make yours jump off the page and go "Hey! Look at me! I'm awesome!"?Well, I've got some tips to make your resume totally unique and get people's attention. Are you ready? Let's go!Tip #1: Use Funky FormattingMost resumes have the same old boring format with just black text on a white page. Snooze fest! Why not mix it up with some cool colors, graphics, or even pictures? Maybe you can make the section headers in your favorite bright color or add a small logo you designed next to your name. Just don't go too overboard and make it too crazy looking.Tip #2: Share Awesome AnecdotesUsually resumes just have a list of stuff you did like "Student Council President" or "Won Science Fair." That's cool and all, but it doesn't really make you stand out. Instead of just listing things, tell a quick fun story to make them more memorable! Like "As Student Council President, I organized our biggest school fair ever, featuring a epic dunk tank that raised 500 for new playground equipment."Tip #3: Showcase Zingy SkillsResumes always list skills like "Team Player" or "Good Communicator"...blah blah blah. Those are way too basic! Think of some unusual skills that make you special. Like maybe you're a "Unlimited Energy Dynamo" or a "Ridiculously PersistentGoal-Crusher". Using zingier words makes you way more interesting.Tip #4: Flaunt Your FlairThere's so much more to you than just your grades or activities! Your resume should let your personality shine through. Are you a comedy genius who can make anyone laugh? Mention that! Are you the living encyclopedia on dinosaurs? Put that down! Showing your quirks and passions makes you 10 times more memorable.Tip #5: Keep It Simple, Silly! While you want to get creative, you don't want to go too overboard and make your resume super confusing. Keep it pretty short and straightforward, focusing on your biggest accomplishments. Use normal fonts and font sizes that are easy to read. And definitely don't add any inappropriate pictures or words - you want to keep things polite! So there you have it - my tips for making your resume totally fresh and unique! It might seem like a lot of work, but putting in a little extra effort can go a long way. Who knows, maybe your resume will be so amazing that you'll get to be Class President or head of the Awesome Club! The most important thing is to let your true, fantastic self shine through. Don't be afraid to brag a little bit and be superproud of all the incredible things you've done so far. You're probably way cooler than you realize, so make sure grown-ups know it by creating an unforgettable resume. Now get out there and resume-ify yourselves, friends! You've totally got this. Thanks for reading and good luck!篇2How to Make Your Resume Pop Like a Bright BalloonHey guys! Today I want to talk about something super important - your resume. You know, that piece of paper that tells people all about you and why you're so awesome. It's like your very own superpower, but only if you do it right!I know, I know, resumes can seem really boring. They're justa bunch of words and dates and stuff. But trust me, if you make your resume stand out, it can be the key to getting your dream job! Imagine working at a place where you get to do all the cool things you love every single day. That's what a great resume can do for you.So, how do you make your resume pop like a bright balloon? Well, buckle up, my friends, because I've got some tips and tricks that'll make your resume shine brighter than a shooting star!Tip #1: Use Colorful, Fun LanguageLet's face it, most resumes are as dry as a desert. They're filled with words like "experienced," "proficient," and "responsible." Yawn! Those words are so boring, they'll put the person reading your resume right to sleep.Instead, use language that's fun and exciting! Describe yourself with words like "awesome," "amazing," and "totally rad." Trust me, people will sit up and take notice when they see those kinds of words on your resume. For example, instead of saying "Experienced in customer service," you could say "I'm a customer service rockstar who makes people smile from ear to ear!" See? So much more fun and memorable!Tip #2: Add Some PersonalityYour resume shouldn't just be a list of facts and accomplishments. It should also give the person reading it a sense of who you are as a person. After all, they're not just hiring a set of skills; they're hiring a whole human being! So, sprinkle in some personal details that show off your unique personality. Maybe you love telling jokes, or you're anexpert at doing silly dances. Or perhaps you have an awesome collection of superhero action figures.Whatever it is that makes you, you, make sure to include it on your resume. Not only will it help you stand out, but it'll also give the person reading it a better sense of whether you'd be a good fit for their company.Tip #3: Use VisualsWords are great, but sometimes, pictures can say even more. That's why you should consider adding some visuals to your resume to really make it pop.You could include a fun headshot of yourself making a silly face, or maybe a collage of photos that showcase your interests and hobbies. If you're applying for a job that involves art or design, you could even include samples of your work!Visuals are a great way to catch someone's eye and give them a quick snapshot of who you are. Just make sure not to go overboard – you still want the important information to be easy to read and understand.Tip #4: Get Creative with the FormatWho says a resume has to be a boring old piece of paper? These days, you can get really creative with the format and presentation of your resume.Maybe you could create a comic book-style resume, with each section representing a different chapter in your life story. Or you could design it to look like a board game, with your accomplishments and skills represented as different spaces on the board. You could even make a video resume, where you get to actually talk about yourself and your experiences in a fun, engaging way.The key is to think outside the box and come up with a format that's unique and attention-grabbing. Just make sure it's still easy to read and understand – you don't want the person reviewing your resume to get lost in all the bells and whistles.Tip #5: Proofread, Proofread, Proofread!Okay, this one might not be as fun as the other tips, but it's super important: always proofread your resume before sending it out.Nothing ruins a great resume faster than silly spelling mistakes or grammatical errors. It makes you look careless and like you don't really care about the job you're applying for.So, read over your resume a billion times if you have to. Better yet, have a friend or family member take a look too – fresh eyes can often catch mistakes that you might have missed. And remember, even if your resume is the most colorful, personality-packed, visually stunning thing in the world, it won't matter if it's riddled with errors. Take the time to proofread and make sure everything is perfect!Well, there you have it, my friends! Five tips to help you create a resume that's as unique and awesome as you are. Follow these suggestions, and I guarantee your resume will stand out like a unicorn at a horse show.Just remember, a great resume is like a super cool advertisement for yourself. It's your chance to show off all the amazing things that make you, you. So don't be afraid to get creative, have fun, and let your true colors shine!Good luck out there, and may the odds be ever in your favor! (That's a movie reference, by the way. See, I'm already showing off my awesome personality!)篇3How to Make Your Resume Awesomely DifferentHi there! My name is Jamie and I'm a 5th grader. Today, I want to share some super cool tips with you on making your resume look way more amazing than everyone else's. You see, I recently had to make my own resume for a job fair at school, and I wanted to make sure mine was the best one out there. After all, who wants a boring, plain old resume? Not me!The first thing you need to do is choose an awesome design for your resume. Plain white paper is so blah. Instead, pick a fun colored paper or print it on cardstock. You could even use construction paper and decorate the borders with stickers or drawings! Just make sure it's not too crazy or messy looking. You still want it to look nice and put together.Next up, you've got to make your name stand out at the top. This is the first thing people will see, so you want to grab their attention right away. I wrote my name "Jamie" really big and used different colored pencils to make it look like a rainbow. You could also use bubble letters, 3D letters that pop out, or even glitter glue! Just don't go too overboard and make sure it's still easy to read. For the main sections like "Experience" or "Education", it's good to make those headings look cool too. I made boxes around mine using a ruler and colored pencils. You could use fun fonts, underline them with a squiggly line, or put them in a larger size than the rest of the text. Anything to set them apart from the regular information.Speaking of the information sections, that's where you really need to shine! Don't just list stuff out like "Went to Henderson Elementary from 2018-2023." Booor-ing! Instead, try describing things in a more exciting, visual way. Like "Spent 5 joyful years becoming a knowledgeable superstar at the wonderful Henderson Elementary." See? That's way more interesting! You can also use adjectives and details to spice things up. Rather than "Babysat for neighbors", I wrote "Entertained and cared for the lively children of the Michael's family, keeping them safe, happy, and smiling." It gives a much better picture of what you did.Another trick is to use symbols, icons, or little doodles to break up the sections and make things pop out more. I drew a little house next to my address, a simle next to things I enjoyed, and a pencil next to my education section. Get creative and add some cute images that make sense for each part! Finally, the most important part of all - make sure your resume shows off your awesome personality! Your resume is like your calling card to the world, so you want it to truly represent who you are as a person. Are you super into art? Then design your resume to look like a masterpiece! Are you a jokester who loves puns? Then throw in some funny wordplay here and there. Do you love baseball more than anything? Then you better use a baseball curve font or border it with bats and balls!I really went all out on showing my personality. I love science and dinosaurs, so I decorated my resume with dinosaur stickers, dino footprint stamps, and even painted a big T-Rex at the bottom! I also mentioned how I want to be a paleontologist when I grow up and listed "digging for dino bones" as one of my hobbies. When the people at the job fair saw it, they immediately knew I was a dinosaur-loving science kid who wasn't afraid to show her true colors.Making your resume stand out and be unique to you is so important. It makes you way more memorable and shows that you're a creative, hardworking person who takes pride in your work. Nobody wants to hire someone boring and average, right? They want the absolute coolest, most talented person for the job! So next time you're working on your resume, take some time tomake it an awesomely different masterpiece that screams "This person is one-of-a-kind!" Trust me, it'll be worth all the effort when you blow everyone else out of the water.Okay, that's all the tips I've got! Let me know if you use any of these ideas for your own resume. I'm always happy to help out fellow kids in need of resume advice. After all, us elementary schoolers have to stick together! Now get out there and start crafting a resume so incredibly unique and special, just like you.。
how to make yourself stand out-如何在面试中突出自己
How to make yourself stand out in a group interview?Group interview questions are often used as an initial screening tool to selectfor a second, one-on-one job interview. The types of interview questions are usually general and not specific to the technical aspects of the job opportunity. The main purpose of group interviews is to determine qualities like communication skills and interpersonal ability, persuasiveness and the ability to influence others, leadership and delegation.Other competencies assessed during a group interview include problem-solving and planning skills, stress-tolerance and the ability to work and contribute effectively as a team-member.Your goal in this setting is to stand out, so that you can move past this first round and secure a solo interview. H ere’s how to use the group setting as an oppo rtunity to shine.Part One: Before the Activity1: Put on a Poker FaceYou may be surprised to see the other candidates, but don’t let them know, and definitely try not to show any disappointment or shock. Enter the room with confidence and resist the urge to size everyone up. How you react to the situation and the group is indicative of many th ings in an employer’s eyes, including how you’ll interact with the company’s team and react to future surprises on the job.2: Make FriendsCandidates waiting for an interview tend to be silent and ignore each other. Resist the urge to pull out your phone or review your notes. Instead, introduce yourself and ask questions of the others, even if the employer isn’t in the room yet.For example, you can say: I am ____. I apply for the position of ____. What about you?For one, when the interviewers do get ther e, they’ll notice who’s facilitating conversation. Your interaction will show the interviewers that you don’t shy away from networking (always a plus) and will make you seem confident (even if you really are feeling nervous). Second, this may come in handy during the interview. Part Two: During the Activity1: Involve Everyone during the activity. While the other candidates may be your competitors, they can also assist you on your path to the one-on-one. Throughout the activity, having the ability to address others by name will make you stand out and appear like a leader. Use the knowledge you built waiting for the interview to begin by addressing other candidates by name or referencing a conversation you were having. For example, if you and another candidate were talking about current events and in the interview, you’re asked a situational question, respond with something like, “Kim and I were just discussing a situation in the news that was very similar. In that situation, I wo uld…”You’ll also want to build off of other candidates’ ideas. If someone answers a question, follow it up by addressing his or her response and adding your own thoughts.Remember, the interview is supposed to involve everyone in the room. And that goes for the interviewers, too—make sure to address all of them when you’re speaking, even if one of them is silent the entire time. For example, you can ask them: What do you think of it?2. Be YourselfMany candidates, in an effort to force themselves into the role of a leader and show that they’re trying, can come across as overly aggressive. Although it’s good to show you care about the position, speaking over others or discounting their opinions will backfire. Nobody is willing to work with someone who is willing to walk all over others in an effort to look good.Plus, if you’re not typically that bold leader type, it can be damaging to force yourself into a role that isn’t natural for you. Yes, you should speak up and make sure you’re being noticed, but reme mber that interviewers aren’t looking for the loudest voice in the room.3. Speak With PurposeUnfortunately, the group interview will almost always be difficult for a shy or introverted person. If it isn’t in your personality to be constantly speaking up in a crowd, be sure that when you do answer questions or give your opinion, you do so with purpose. Don’t start your answer with an apology for the interjection, and don’tlet your voice trail off halfway through. Also remember, you don’t have to talk constantly to be noticed—but to be memorable, make sure what you’re saying is unique and contributing to the conversation. Before you speak, you should think: T, is it true? H, is it helpful? I, is it inspiring? N, is it necessary? K, is it kind?3. ListenIn a fast-moving group interview when you’re just trying to get a word in, it can be difficult to resist only thinking about what you’re going to say next. This is o ften why people forget names—they’re too busy thinking about they’re going to say and don’t really listen to the person’s name. But in order to speak purposely, you have to listen to the interviewers and interviewees and stay engaged in where the conversation is headed. Really pay attention and use body language to show you’re engaged with the group, even when you’re not talking. Instead of interrupting, if a thought pops into your head that you want to come back to, very quickly jot a note. Then when it comes time to speak, you’ll have so much more to say.Part Three: After the Activity-Follow UpIt’s safe to bet that everyone in that room, if they’ve ever interviewed or read about interviews before, will be following up with a thank-you letter. Make sure you stand out at this stage of the process, too, by referencing a part of the conversation in which you contributed—such as an interesting answer you gave, or even a joke! As long as it will make the interviewer recall your face and your answer (in a positive way), it will benefit you. Most importantly, be prepared, and don’t let group inte rviews catch you off guard. And, of course, don’t forget the interviewing basics! Things like appearance, promptness, poise, and research will help you to stand out among the crowd of job candidates.Okey, that’s all I want to say about how to make yourself stand out. Finally, here is your homework: suppose you are in an interview for a position (like an accountant, designer, auto-engineer etc.) offered by Dongfeng-Nissan, prepare a self-introduction which includes your personal information, how much you know the company andposition, and your willingness to join the company. You must apply the tips we covered above. Thank your for watching.。

如何在找工作中脱颖而出英语作文
如何在找工作中脱颖而出英语作文How to Stand Out When Searching for a JobHey there, friends! Today, I want to talk to you about something really important – finding a job. I know, I know, you're probably thinking, "But I'm just a kid! Why do I need to worry about jobs?" Well, let me tell you, it's never too early to start learning about these things. You see, when you grow up, you'll need to find a job to earn money. And trust me, there's a lot of competition out there. Imagine a big playground full of kids, all trying to get on the same swing set. That's kind of what the job market is like. But don't worry, I've got some tips to help you stand out and get that swing (or job)!First things first, you need to have a really awesome resume. Think of it like a report card, but instead of showing your grades, it shows all the cool things you've done. Have you won any awards or participated in any clubs? Put that down! Did you volunteer at a animal shelter or help out at a bake sale? Write it down! Basically, anything that makes you look like a superstar, you'll want to include.Next, you'll need to write a cover letter. This is like a little note you send with your resume, telling the person who might hire you why you're the perfect fit for the job. You'll want to use your best handwriting and maybe even add a few fun doodles to make it stand out. Now, let's talk about interviews. This is where you'll get to meet the person who might hire you and answer some questions. It can be a little scary, but just remember to be yourself and show them how awesome you are! Practice answering questions with your parents or friends, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you're feeling nervous. One thing that can really make you stand out is having a hobby or special skill. Maybe you're a whiz at math or you're an amazing artist. Or perhaps you're a karate champion or a skilled baker. Whatever your talent is, make sure to let the interviewer know about it! Employers love to hire people who have interests and talents outside of just schoolwork.Another important thing is to dress your best for the interview. You don't have to wear a suit or anything too fancy (unless you really want to!), but make sure your clothes are clean and neat. First impressions are everything, so you want to look put-together and ready to take on the world! And finally, don't forget to send a thank-you note after the interview. It's a small gesture, but it shows that you're polite and appreciative, and it can really make you stand out from the crowd.I know all of this might seem a bit overwhelming, but trust me, it's never too early to start thinking about your future career. And who knows, maybe one day you'll be the one doing the hiring and looking for the next superstar employee! So, there you have it, my friends – the secret to standing out when searching for a job. Just remember to showcase your awesome skills, be yourself, and always stay positive. With a little hard work and determination, you'll be landing that dream job in no time!。

Generally, there are three styles to choose from, each offering a different advantage to the job seeker. The important factor to figure out is the style that will work best in your situation. If you start out with the wrong resume style, you'll have a considerable re-write chore ahead of you. So start out on the right foot, and pick the most appropriate resume format using the following information and links as a guide:1. Chronological Resume StylePerhaps the most traditional of the three resume styles, the chronological resume style places your work experience up front in reverse chronological order. This makes potential employers or recruiters feel more at ease about your work history. But if you have employment gaps, or are looking to make a career change, then there are better choices. The chronological resume has four essential components:A. Heading: The Heading section includes your name—usually typed in bold capital letters to make it stand out from the rest of the heading—address, phone number and E-mail address.B. Objective (求职意向): The objective section is a description of your job/career objective. It gives your resume a sharp focus and it is a way to show the employer at a glance what you want to do and what you're good at. One way to sharpen your focus is through an objective statement. The job objective should be described specifically rather than generally or ambitiously. For example, we don’t say “A position that can show my capabilities (大展手脚)”. But we may say “A position of management job potential in the banking department specializing in Foreign chang e”or we just tell the potential employer an exact position such as “Seeking an office building architectural designer position in a small-to-middle sized architectural firm”or just simply “Public Affairs Coordinator”.C. Work Experience (工作经历,履历): The Work Experience section presents your work history in reverse chronology. Each job listed in the section has a description that may include the following:a.Dates of employmentb.Employerc.Job titled.Job responsibilitiese.Major accomplishmentsBe specific and quantitative when describing your successes and strengths, using percentages and dollar amounts.eg. Improved interdepartmental communication efficiency by 15%.eg. 20XX-20XX Martin Mental Health Center (Chicago Regional Office), Public Relations Associate, Assist Public Relations Director in developing and coordinating fund raising and PRacticities for non-profit organizationsAttachment 1: /hangye.htm行业词汇网D. Education (学历): The Education section summarizes your education history in reverse chronological order. The section should include the following facts:a.Degree earnedb.Institutions (schools) attendedc.Year of graduationd.Major field of concentratione.Honors receivedeg.1 M.A., Michigan State University, 20XXMajor: CommunicationB.S., Johnson College, 20XXMajor: Computer ScienceMinor: MathematicsFillmore Scholarship (2 years)eg.2 In Progress B.A., Mass Communication, Woodside College, Rocks Town, PA.Graduated Wellington High School, Lowland, PA.(From the education history, can you tell what kind of job applicant this is?)Attachment 2: Degrees各种学位名称B.A. or BA 文学士(Bachelor of Arts)B.S. or BS 理学士(Bachelor of Science)M.A. or MA 文科硕士(Master of Arts)M.S. or MS 理科硕士(Master of Science)M.B.A. 工商管理硕士(Master of Business Administration)Ph.D 哲学博士(Doctor of Philosophy)(注意并非所有的博士都是Ph. D)D.S. 理学博士(Doctor of Science)M. D. 医学博士(Doctor of Medicine)Eng.D 工学博士(Doctor of Engineering)Attachment 3: Scholarships and Honors 奖学金名称Top class / level Scholarship 特等奖学金First class/ prize Scholarship 一等奖学金Second class/ prize Scholarship 二等奖学金Third class/ prize Scholarship 三等奖学金Diligence/ Endeavourers Scholarship 励志奖学金National Scholarship 国家奖学金Outstanding new Scholarship 优秀新生奖学金Outstanding Students 优秀学生Well-behaved Students 文明学生Outstanding League Member 优秀团员Advanced Groups/ Individuals 先进集体/个人Excellent Clerical Workers 优秀干事Excellent League Cadres 优秀团干部Excellent/ outstanding Student Cadres 优秀学生干部merit student; “three good” student(good in study, attitude and health)三好学生?Attachment 4: Majors 专业见word文档《学科专业名称英语》Chronological Resume is clear and traditional, but for almost all of you here including teachers like me, there will be a biggest disadvantage, what do you think it is? The focus of a chronological resume is on work experience, but we do not have much or enough work experience. So we must find a resume format to help us to make best use of the advantages and bypass the disadvantages.2. Functional Resume FormatThe functional resume style is a good format for students that are right out of college or anyone that has very little work experience. This format emphasizes your skills, knowledge, and accomplishments. Unfortunately, this style also makes some employers uncomfortable since you do not include a formal account of your work history. The typical functional resume often consists of the following essential components:A.HeadingThe same to a chronological resume.B.Objective (optional)The objective section is not the focus of a functional resume. You can name it according to the recruitment advertising, or you want to have a “Summer internship in journalism or public relations”.C.Summray of qualifications or credentials/ Profile (对一个人的能力,个性的摘要描述;简况)The intent of the summary or profile is to highlight your field of expertise and your key strengths in relevant areas so as to interest the prospective employer to read the rest of your resume.Attachment 5: Descriptions of Abilities and PersonalitiesWith a pleasant and mature attitude. 开朗成熟。

(Thank you)Thanks for calling in.。
怎么让我的简历stand out?
MBA申请越来越热门,怎么写简历,成了一个热门话题,明智慧德在这里为大家简述写关于简历的四点要求:How to stand out to an MBA admissions staff in a crowd of resumes? Here are fourresume rules you need to know if you want to get noticed.1) ONE IS USUALL Y ENOUGH. When it comes to that of a pre-MBA professional, a resume rarely needs to be more than one page. Don’t leave out the importantstuff, but don’t feel the need to extend your resume longer than appropriate. Inthis case, more doesn’t always mean better.2) GIVE THEM A NUMBER. It’s great to describe your responsibilities, but don’tmiss the chance to quantify your results whenever possible. Managing a staff isinteresting, but the fact that you managed a staff of over 30 employees andimproved profitability by 25%, is something a reader can understand. By givingthe reader a number, you give them the chance to see just what kind of leader youwere, and will be.3) KEEP IT RECENT. Unless you have an amazing anecdote related to yourlifeguard job when you were 16, you probably shouldn’t include that job on yourresume. In fact, it’s best to focus on the past 4-5 years of experience, even ifthat doesn’t amount to much on paper. Remember, your resume is a toolto tellyour story, so keep your resume focused on the experiences that highlight thestory of you as a leader.4) CALLING ALL LEADERS! It’s amazing that can code in three different languages, but when it comes to your resume we’re not that interested in nicheskills. Emphasize skills that are MBA-related like leadership andMentoring rather than niche skills that are best talked about in a job interview. But of course, if you were the leader of the java club and helped young coders, well that’s resume appropriate我们的每一个后期老师都是五年以上资深后期老师,能在你问后几秒钟内解决你99.9%的留学问题。
how to make a resume
A resume is often the first impression a potential employer has of you and first impressions are still the most important.StepsGo to your local library and find books on resume writing. Take a good look at the various resume formats.Think about the type of job you are trying to get. List the skills and education you have that matches the job. For example: Organized, Gets along well with various types of personalities, Extensive experience composing business correspondence, etc.Put your list in priority order beginning with the area where you have the most experience. For instance, list your accounting accomplishments first, if you are strongest in accounting. However, if you just graduated college, list your education first, highlighting the classes that relate most to the job you want.Use action-oriented words/phrases like: "responsible for" "oversaw" "managed," etc. For example: "Responsible for file management." Avoid too much detail. The details can be covered in your interview.Once you have the text of the resume ready, work on the format. If you are using a computer (recommended), bullet each specific skill. Makesure you don"t crowd too much onto the page, as this will put off a potential employer. It is better to take information out. You want your resume to be clean, neat and professional. The top of the page should list your contact information. Do not include your social security number unless it is specifically requested in the job posting.Once you are comfortable with the text and layout of your resume, print it on good quality paper, such as 20 pound bond white paper. Fancy papers are nice, but it"s the content of your resume that employers care about. TipsKeep the resume to one page, if possible. I think that many people believe that a resume is just words on a paper however it is much more than that. The resume is your future employer's first glimpse of your skills, therefore you want to ensure that employers can take one glance at your resume and see your skills displayed concisely and efficiently. Your resume should gain trust not provide any source of reservation in the eyes of an employer.Employers typically have tons of resumes to go through, especially in this current job market because so many people are unemployed. They are literally looking for resumes that don't foot the bill so they can easily weed them out. Then how to write a resume and make it stand out is the focus of todays lesson.★Choose an appropriate format. The first decision you need to make is choosing a resume style or resume format. 开朗成熟。
