一、合同目的

三、工作时间和地点

2.乙方违约责任：如果乙方未履行合同约定的工作职责或违反合同的其他条款，则乙方应承担相应的违约责任。

七、解除合同
1.解除合同：本合同在任一情况下可以被解除：
–双方协商一致解除合同；
–乙方严重违反本合同其它条款，经甲方书面通知乙方后，乙方仍不改正的；
–乙方因病或意外等无法继续工作，在所需病假或休假期满后，经甲方书面通知乙方后，乙方仍未能按时归岗的；
–本合同终止或解除后，甲乙双方应按照法律法规和本合同的约定办理离职手续。

2.终止赔偿：如因乙方原因解除合同，乙方应向甲方支付违约金，具体金额根据乙方违约情况而定。

八、其他约定
1.本合同一式两份，甲乙双方各持一份，自甲方和乙方签字盖章之日起生效，具有法律约束力。

2.对于本合同未尽事宜，甲乙双方可另行达成书面协议作为本合同的补充。

九、争议解决
1.对于因履行本合同所产生的争议，甲乙双方应本着友好协商解决的原则进行处理。

2.若协商不成，任何一方可向有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼解决。

5. Confidentiality of Work
After the effective date of this contract, Party B shall be obliged to mntn the confidentiality of Party A’s business information, trade secrets, and other confidential information of Party A company. Party B shall not disclose such information to any third party without authorization, otherwise Party B shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
6. Breach of Contract
1.Party A’s Breach of Contract: If Party A fls to pay Party B’s wage s, benefits, or unlawfully terminates Party B’s employment in violation of the contract, Party A shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract.
2.Party B’s Breach of Contract: If Party B fls to fulfill the work responsibilities stipulated in the contract or violates other terms of the contract, Party B shall bear corresponding liability for breach of contract.
7. Termination of Contract
1.Termination of Contract: This contract may be terminated under the following circumstances:
–Mutual agreement between both parties;
–Party B seriously violates other terms of this contract and fls to rectify it after Party A’s written notice;
–Party B is unable to continue working due to illness or accident. After the sick leave or vacation period, Party B fls to retur n to work on time after Party A’s written notice;
–After the termination or dissolution of this contract, Party A and Party B shall handle the resignation procedures in accordance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this contract.
2.Termination Compensation: If the contract is terminated due to Party B’s reasons, Party B shall pay a liquidated damages to Party A, the specific amount will be determined based on the circumstances of Party B’s breach.
8. Other Agreements
1.This contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one. It is effective from the date of signature and seal Party A and Party B, and has legal binding force.
2.For any matters not covered in this contract, Party A and Party B may reach a separate written agreement as a supplement to this contract.
9. Dispute Resolution
1.For any disputes arising from the performance of this contract, Party
