1.Phil’s gonna bomb. Phil 一定会容颜扫地的。

解析：gonna + 动词原形= be going to +动词原形
Bomb 原本的意思是炸弹。

但是在口语还有其他意思，bomb 还可以表示把…搞砸. To do really poorly on something.
例句：I bombed my exam last week. 我周考试考砸了。

2.curvaceous [kɜː'veɪʃəs] adj. 曲线美的，身材很好的
解析：curve 曲线+ aceous 复合形容词后缀。

3.balloon payments : 分期付款中最后较大的一批付款。

解析：维基百科是这么解释的 A balloon payment is an unusually large payment due at the end of a mortgage or loan.

解析：get 这个词意思很多，大家可以去“bingo教你说美语”微博去搜索一下用法，他做了个视频有具体讲解。

在这的意思表示理解，懂得。

解析：这句话本身很简单，但是希望大家熟背。

解析：someone is just the backs someone step on. 某人只是某人的垫脚石。

我一直觉得英语是一种很人性化和很贴近生活，很形象的语言，你看他这个垫脚石说的the backs someone step on. 踩在某人的后背上，以登的高位，和中文的垫脚石一个道理。

解析：大家多积累一些这样的小词，在说话的时候作为填充。
