转瞬本学年结束了，一学期来，我从头至尾以仔细、谨慎的懈的精神从事小学英语教育教课工作。

本学年自己任教五年级的英语教育教课工作，悲欢离合我都品味过，但我无愿无悔，终生发奋在小学英语教育战线上。

我能够在正确的教育理论指导下从事英语教课。

能够仔细拟订教课计划，研究教课理论，新课程标准和教课理念。

有针对性地应用于教课活动中间。

同时在教课过程中，能够依据学生的个性特色采纳不一样的教课方法，获得了一些的成绩。

下边就以下几个方面进行总结，请予以责备指正，使我在此后的教育教课工作中获得更大的进步。

第一，仔细拟订教课计划，着重研究教课理论，仔细备课和教课。

踊跃学校组织的各项活动，并能常常听各老师的课，从中汲取教课经验，扬长避短，提四年级英语教课工作总结高自己的教课的业务水平。

教育是爱心事业，为培育高素质的下一代，自己时辰从学生身心健康出发，依据学生的个性特色去点拨指引。

对于个别后进生，利用课间多次倾谈，鼓舞其确定正确的学习态度，
踊跃面对人生；而对优生，教育其不骄不躁努力向上，再接再砺，再创辉煌。

过现实生活中的模范，让学生建立自觉地从德、智、体、美、劳全方面去发展自
己的观点，建立崇敬远大的理想。

最后，在本学期里，我努力做好本员工作，仔细做好备、讲、批、辅、考等
工作，不单教给学生知识，更着重自己业务水平的提升。
