【Abstract】Objective: To study the effect of hemorrhoid fistula fumigation and washing prescription on the prevention of common complications after anorectal diseases. Methods: A total of 88 patients undergoing anorectal disease surgery from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group used routine warm water fumigation, and the observation group used hemorrhoid fistula fumigation formula. The treatment effect, symptom score after treatment, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than 72.73% in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). The observation group had bleeding (1.43±0.61) points, edema (0.72±0.14) points, pain (0.84±0.43) points, anal dampness (1.14±0.54) points, and anal swelling (1.01±0.34) points, respectively lower than the control group (2.33±0.95) points, (1.90±0.95) points, (1.95±0.76) points, (2.52±0.98) points, (2.37±1.14) points, there are significant differences (P<0.05). The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 4.55%, which was lower than the 22.73% in the control group, and there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: After the operation of anorectal diseases, the treatment of hemorrhoid fistula fumigation and washing prescription can effectively improve the total effective rate of treatment, relieve symptoms, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, and achieve ideal clinical results.

肛肠疾病是一种常见的外科临床疾病，对患者的生活质量有着较大的影响。当期临床上主要采取手术的方法治疗，疗效比较确切[1]。但是很多患者在手术后，都容易发生出血、坠胀、水肿、疼痛等并发症，不利于术后恢复，也造成了患者生存质量下降。所以，在临床治疗当中，要注意对术后常见并发症的预防。熏洗治疗是中医方面常用的治疗手法，应用于肛肠疾病手术后，效果较为理想[2]。在具体的熏洗方法上，可以使用痔瘘熏洗方，通过热力和药力的双重作用，直接作用于病灶位置，促进患者术后恢复，对于各种并发症的预防可达到较好的效果[3]。基于此，本文选取2018年9月-2019年9月收治的肛肠疾病手术患者88例，研究了痔瘘熏洗方对预防肛肠疾病术后常见并发症的效果。
