护理本科生实习前抑郁状况调查研究

摘要：目的 了解本科护生实习前抑郁情绪现状及其影响因素，为解决护生在实习前用 Zung 抑郁自评量表、自制本科护生实习前抑郁情绪相关因素问卷对笔者本校 2016 级护理系本科生进行调查。结果 此次研究中 2016 级本科护生出现抑郁症状（SDS 标准分 ≥50）的百分率为 43.5%，经过统计学分析，男护生抑郁率为 94.1%，女护生抑郁率占 37.9%， c2=19.665，P<0.001，存在统计学意义。结论 本科实习前护生抑郁发生率较高，而且男护生比女护生抑郁率更高，因此实习医院和学校应提 高对本科实习护生心理、健康等问题的关注度。 关键词：本科；护生；实习前；抑郁 中图分类号：R749.4+1 文献标识码：B DOI: 10.19613/ki.1671-3141.2019.59.192

Investigation on the Pre-internship Depression Status of Nursing Undergraduates
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料 选取笔者本校 2016 级护理系本科生 173 人次，其中男生 17
人，女生 156 人；年龄（21.97±2.45）岁。纳入标准：①全日制４年 制全国普通高等院校 2016 级护理专业本科实习生；②自愿参加本 次调研者。排除标准：①专升本及专接本以及成人教育的学生；② 不愿参加本次调查者。 1.2 方法 1.2.1 调查方法

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand the current status of depression and its influencing factors in undergraduate nursing students, and to provide reference for solving the problem of depression caused by nursing students before the internship. Methods Using the convenience sampling method, the Zung Depression Self-rating Scale and the self-employed questionnaire about related factors of depression in undergraduate nursing students' pre-internship, to investigate the author's school's 2016 undergraduate nursing students. Results In this study, 43.5% of undergraduate nursing students in 2016 had depressive symptoms (SDS standard score ≥ 50). Statistical analysis showed that the depression rate of male nursing students was 94.1%, and that of female nursing students was 37.9%, c2=19.665, P<0.001, with statistical significance. Conclusion The incidence of depression among nursing students before undergraduate internship is higher, and the depression rate of male nursing students is higher than that of female nursing students. Therefore, internship hospitals and schools should pay more attention to psychological and health problems of undergraduate nursing students. 随着社会的发展，医疗与健康的关注度也越来越高，这不仅需 要护士具有超高的专业理论知识还必须具有相应的专业素养。然 而护理实习生在进入实习阶段就步入了一个特殊环境拥有了特殊 的身份，他们不仅要面对未知的临床环境与人际关系，还面临着学 习、实习医院选择、就业规划等方面的压力，调查显示，大部分护生 在此阶段会表现出一定程度的抑郁症状。目前，关于本科护生即 将进入临床实习前的抑郁情绪相关研究方面的文献较少，更多的 是研究针对在校或实习期间护理本科生 。 [1-2] 为更好地帮助护理 本科生缓解实习前产生的抑郁情绪，本研究调查了护理本科生实 习前抑郁情绪现状及相关因素 , 现报道如下。
