Dear Customers,
Beginning 15th of June 2002, we provided Truck Transfer Service for Transfer Cargo to below listed destinations. After over one-year operation, we will make some adjustments to arrival time, minimum rates for most of destinations of over 800km away from PVG as well as the rates for dangerous, perishable and oversized goods, etc, which is to be effective as of Oct. 01, 2003.
Shanghai Pudong Truck Transportation General Co., authorized by Pudong Customs and PACTL, is responsible for transporting transfer cargo by Customs bonded trucks.
1. Destinations, Scheduled Departure time, Arrival Hours and Truck Flight No.:

1)Destinations with * mean under preparation, but can be done case by case.
2)OR = On-request, every destination can be done any time, but must be confirmed by PACTL.
2.General Cargo, Exclusive Truck and Special Goods Rates: (CNY)
Truck-Container Measurements:
1) 2 tons: Length: 4.25m, Width: 1.65m; Height: 1.68m.
2) 10 tons: Length: 12.5m, Width: 2.37m; Height: 2.50m.
3) 15 tons Roller bed: Length: 9.80m, Width: 2.50m; Height: 2.95m.
Notes: Exclusive 15-ton roller bed truck has to be arranged only for below dimensions & weight conditions:
a) Length: not exceed 9.80m,
b) Width: exceed 2.37m, but less than 2.50m
c) Height: exceed 2.50m, but less than 2.95m
d) Heavy: exceed 10 tons, but less than 15 tons
Notes: Other special cargo shall be done case by case.
3. Exclusive Special Truck Rates: (CNY)
1) 2 tons: Length: 4.00m, Width: 1.50m; Height: 1.50m.
effective packing volume: 8m3
2)10 tons: Length: 7.40m, Width: 2.2m; Height: 1.90m.
effective packing volume: 26m3
3)15 tons : Length: 11.50m, Width: 2.20m; Height: 2.10m.
effective packing volume: 45m3
Bonded Open Truck Measurements:
1)15tons: Length: 9.00m, Width: 2.80m;
2)30 tons: Length: 12.00m, Width: 2.60m; or Length: 12.00m, Width: 3.30m
Notes:
1)Booking is made 3 working days prior to flight arrival at PVG or mutually agreed.
2)Exclusive Bonded Open Truck is arranged only for cargo with width 2.50—3.30m.
4. Charges Calculation, Additional Fees and Settlement:
1)Truck transfer charge is calculated according to “Chargeable Weight”. Every 6 m3 equals to
1000 KGs for light cargo.
2)Lifting equipment rental charge for weight cargo of over 5 tons should be at the cost of Int’l
airlines.
3)Settlement of truck transfer charges shall be made between PACTL and int’l customer
airlines monthly, and PACTL is to provide customer airlines with the copy of AWB as the vouchers for the settlement.
5.Air Transfer Service:
In addition, now we have already commenced Air Transfer Service to below listed destinations by our domestic customer airlines YZ, HU, MF, SC as well as FM.
Notes:
1)Embargo all dangerous goods and special cargo.
2)Cargo will be transferred by the first available flight.
3)Booking to PACTL Transfer-Desk is necessary as domestic flights are subject to change or
cancellation without pre-alert.
4)Air transfer charge is calculated according to “Chargeable Weight”. Every 6 m3 equals to
1000 KGs for light cargo.
5)Restrictions: Max gross weight and dimensions per piece shall not exceed 80kg and 80 × 80
× 100 cm.
6)The settlement of air transfer charge shall be made between int’l customer airlines and
PACTL as truck trans-shipment or mutually agreed.

Notes : Int’l customer airlines Shanghai Offices is responsible for booking:
Cut-off Times :
1. General Cargo Booking Cut-off Time, 12 hours prior to STA of the incoming flight or mutually agreed.
2. Special Cargo Booking Cut-off Time, 48 hours prior to STA of the incoming flight or mutually agreed. Special Cargo should be sent out from origin station after having got the booking confirmation from PACTL.
3. Delivery Cut-off Time, 24 hours prior to truck departure or mutually agreed.
7. Updating :
The contents of this “ Truck Transfer Service ” letter is to be updated in the interval of 3 months except new destinations are added. Please frequently refer to our Website:
