方法在该院ICU感染防控管理中实施灾害脆弱度分析风险管理前后的ICU患者中，各随机选取148例作为研究对象。

利用HV A风险评估法对ICU 院感相关事件实施评估，并从中选取重点改善项目，并对各危险因子的相对威胁度进行评估，并依据“二八原则”实施选择性干预。

对该院干预前后的结果进行对比分析，评价灾害脆弱度分析风险管理的应用价值。

结果与干预前相比，干预后ICU发生耐碳青霉烯鲍式不动菌、耐碳青霉烯铜绿假单细胞菌、V AP感染率、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌等的感染发生率均显著降低，且与干预前均差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。

结论在重症医学科感染防控管理中应用灾害脆弱度分析风险管理，可有效提高防控工作水平，作用显著。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the effect of risk management on the application of disaster vulnerability analysis in the infection prevention and control management of the department of severe medicine. Methods In this hospital ICU infection prevention and control management in the implementation of disaster vulnerability analysis of risk management before and after the ICU patients，were randomly selected 148 cases as the research objects. The HV A risk assessment method was used to evaluate the ICU nosocomial events，and the key improvement projects were selected. The relative threat of each risk factor was evaluated and selective i ntervention was implemented according to “28 Principles”. The results of this hospital before and after the intervention of risk assessment of vulnerability analysis of the value of risk management were compared. Results Compared with those before intervention，the incidence of infection with carbapenem-resistant abalone，carbapenema-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa，V AP infection rate and methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus in ICU after the intervention （P＜0.05）. There was a significant difference between pre-intervention and post-intervention （P ＜0.05）. Conclusion The application of disaster risk analysis in prevention and control of infection in critical care departments can effectively improve the prevention and control work level and has a significant effect.

災害医学是对各种人为事故、自然灾害所造成的损伤条件下，实施疾病防治、医学救治以及卫生保障工作进行研究的一门新兴学科。

而灾害脆弱度分析（HV A），就是对威胁、危害以及事件的类型、发生概率以及结果进行确认，并明确可能对医疗机构造成的影响。

HV A作为一种有效的风险管理工具在地震、火灾等应急管理方面得到广泛应用，而该院将其应用在重症医学科的感染管理中，取得了较好的成效，先将结果做如下总结报道。
