通过结构图介绍非谓语动词的分类,使学生初 步了解现在分词。对现在分词时态和语态的介绍,也为学生对现在分词的运用打下基础。
②现在分词作定语表示动作正在发生,与修饰词是主谓关系。
③不定式作定语表示 将要发生的动作。

表示主语的特征,状态等,一般接在联系动词后面

1)现在分词用于名词前,用来修饰该名词,功能上相当于形容词;也可用于名词后,并可改写为定语从句。

本课时的设计主要是完成现在分词在句中作定语、表语和宾语补足语的讲解,因此在练习之前首先回顾现在分词的这三种功能,再以练习的形式 加以巩固。练习的设计从单选到完成短文,难度由简到难。

2)与动名词作定语的区别(PPT 10-11)
动名词作定语表名词的作用或功能,现在分词作定语表名词正在进行的动作。
3)与过去分词,不定式作定语的区别(PPT 12-13)(PPT13超链接返回至PPT7)
①过去分词做定语与其修饰词之间是动宾关系或过去分词表示的 动作以完成。

Thoughts on the design:
本单元的Grammar主要讲的是现在分词,目的是让学生了解现在分词的用法。而本课时是Grammar的第一课时 :现在分词可以作形容词和副词作用,在句中作定语,表语,宾语补足语。通过讲练结合的方 式,由易到难,确保学生循序渐进地掌握语法内容。

通过列举短语,使学生了 解现在分词用于名词前充当形容词修饰名词的功能,并通过句型转换,进一步了解它的定语功能。现在分词与过去分词、不定式作定语的区别以及现在分词与过去分词作表语的区别也是非谓语的重点和难点,因此都是通过举例对比,加深学生对此的理解。
