第七条违约责任
1. 如一方违反本协议的任何条款，违约方应赔偿对方因此遭受的一切
损失。

2. 违约方应承担违约责任，包括但不限于支付违约金、赔偿损失等。

第八条争议解决
双方因履行本协议所发生的任何争议，应首先通过友好协商解决；协
商不成时，任何一方均可向甲方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。

第九条协议的变更和终止
1. 本协议的任何修改和补充均需双方协商一致，并以书面形式确认。

2. 任何一方均可在提前________天书面通知对方的情况下终止本协议。

第十条其他
1. 本协议的解释、执行和争议解决均适用中华人民共和国法律。

2. 本协议一式两份，甲乙双方各执一份，具有同等法律效力。

Article 6 Confidentiality
Both Parties shall keep confidential the trade secrets and technical secrets learned during the cooperation process and shall not disclose them to any third party without the
written consent of the other Party.
Article 7 Liability for Breach of Contract
1. If one Party breaches any term of this Agreement, the breaching Party shall compensate the other Party for all losses suffered as a result.
2. The breaching Party shall bear the liability for breach of contract, including but not limited to the payment of liquidated。
