Another important aspect of healthy eating is portion control. It's easy to overeat when we're not paying attention to how much we're consuming. I try to use smaller plates and bowls, and I measure out my food to ensure that I'm not eating too much.
In addition to eating a balanced diet, I also try to limit my intake of processed and sugary foods. This means avoiding things like candy, soda, and fast food. Instead, I opt for whole, nutrient-dense foods that will provide me with the energy and nutrients I need to fuel my body.
