产品结构及工作原理
The product structure and working principle
该设备由复合破碎机和雷蒙磨机上下组合而成，主机从上到下由分析机、复合破碎转盘、雷蒙磨转辊、转动机构等四大部分组成。

其工作原理是将直径小于100mm的块状物料由料斗下的电磁振动给料机定量送入主机上部流料槽进入复合破碎室，在该室内由转盘带动锤头圆周旋转将大块物料破碎为5mm以下，粉料下落入雷蒙磨转辊室内进一步细磨，细粉由磨机下部附设的高压风机在风压带动下从密封的筒体内上升至顶部。

粉料在分析机旋转离心作用下把少量粗大颗粒抛向周围筒壁，沿内壁下落返回雷蒙磨转辊室，连续研磨反复循环，符合粒度要求的细粉从分析机上部排出，再根据细粉要求细度进一步分级成各级微粒或超细微粉。

The machine is assembled by Composite Crusher and Raymond Mill, and the main unit is composed by Analytic Engine,Composite Crushing Turntable,Raymond Mill roller,and rotation gear.
The Working principle is: The raw material(＜100mm）in the hopper is conveying to the feeding channel by electro-vibrating feeder quantificationally, then to the crushing chamber.In the chamber, the
turntable drive the hammer circumferential rotation and crush the raw material to less than 5mm, and then the particle fall into the Raymond Mill roller chamber for grinding. The find grinding powder go up to the top of machine trough the hermetic cylinder by High Pressure Blower. The small amount of big particles is thrown to the cylinder wall by the Centrifugal effect of the analytic engine, then fall down to the Raymond Mill roller along the wall, crushed recycling and continuously.The fine powder which meet the need is discharged from the top of analytic engine,and classify further to all levels of particles or ultrafine powder.
