青少年的睡眠问题英文作文
I think many teenagers have trouble sleeping. It's like we're always tired, but when it's time to go to bed, we
just can't seem to fall asleep. It's frustrating because we know we need to get enough sleep to feel good and do well
in school, but it's just so hard to actually do it.
I've heard that a lot of the time, our phones and other screens are to blame for our sleep problems. We're always on our phones, even right before bed, and the light from the screen messes with our bodies' natural sleep rhythms. It's like we can't help it though – our phones are just so addictive.
Sometimes I think the pressure of school and extracurricular activities is what keeps me up at night.
I'm always worrying about homework, tests, and making sure I have enough time for everything. It's like my mind won't shut off, even when I'm lying in bed and trying to relax.
I've also noticed that when I do manage to fall asleep, I often wake up in the middle of the night and can't go back to sleep. It's like my body just decides it's had enough rest and I'm wide awake, even though it's still dark outside.
I know I should probably try to establish a bedtime routine and stick to it, but it's just so hard to do. There's always something going on, and I feel like I can never just wind down and relax before bed. It's like I'm always go, go, go, and I can never slow down enough to actually get a good night's sleep.。
